Fantastic experience: Très bon service ! J'ai adoré les moniteurs en cours pratiques ainsi que les professeurs en ligne. Le service à la clientèle était merveilleux. Les préposés ont toujours étaient gentils et patients avec moi. Plusieurs rapelles et avertissements pour soit les cours à venir ou les paiments ont était . Cependant, parfois il fallait patienter plusieurs semaines ou plusieurs mois entre les cours de pratiques, à moins d'inscrire plusieurs cours en avance. Mes derniers cours avec Jonathan étaient splendides!

Negative experience: Bonjour une mauvaise expérience avec un moniteur Stéphane qui n'a pas respecté les conditions d'apprentissage pour un examen de conduite et ses mots qui décourage les élèves en plus de ça c'est pas logique de ramener dans un zone de 90km et moi je prépare pour un examen qui va déroulé dans une zone de 50km.merci pour votre compréhension.

Fantastic experience: Amazing driving school, the best one that Outaouais has to offer. I completed my whole driving course (from signing up to getting my actual drivers license) in less than 2 years during COVID-19. The teachers at the school, specifically the people who taught the online classes over Zoom, did an excellent job at making the courses fun and educational. The driving instructors were safe and professional, they gave a lot of great advice for me to help when purchasing a vehicle and how to manage anxiety on the road when dealing with not-so-good drivers. I have seen people attend the courses who treat the staff terrible, and it is the worse. There was one situation where I saw a young man curse out one of the driver exam teacher's because he did not pass the last and final test... shame on you, whoever you were! Always be kind to the staff, regards if they work behind the counter, or they are giving you the on road tests, they are human beings and put a lot of pride and good energy out for the company. I would have given 10/10 stars, but Google only lets me give 5/5.

Negative experience: Generally speaking Tecnic staff is good. I took two on-road lessons so far. The first one was very good, everything went smoothly; the instructor was very professional and knew when and how to give instructions. He was competent and able to communicate very well. I was so happy to take his notes and improve myself. The second lesson was an awful experience I had with “Lucien”. In general, his language and demeanor weren’t pleasant at all: he was condescending and very bad at communicating; he seemed to lack the experience his colleague had. At the end of the lesson when I was parking the car, I was trying to do what I did with the first instructor where I was told to park car going straight in reverse using. The minute I started my maneuver, he got so tense, rose his voice, depressed his brake pedal, and almost shouted at me that I’m doing wrong! I tried to explain to him what I was trying to do but he cut me off and ordered me in a very condescending and tense way on how to park. I drove for 12 years before, and wasn’t able to renew my driving license so I had to take everything from scratch. When I first drove with him, he knew that I had experience, and still he treated me like I knew nothing, and almost made fun of me while correcting me when I was about to make a mistake. I’ve never got stressed while driving in the past, it was always my pleasure to drive but because of that instructor’s behavior and incompetency, he managed to turn this experience from a driving lesson where I’m supposed to learn and improve to a horrible and stressful experience. To my knowledge you go to school to learn, and the difference between an experienced driver and a teacher is the competency and ability to teach and communicate well with your student.

Fantastic experience: J’ai eu une très belle expérience pour mes cours de conduite. Les professeurs étaient tous gentils, rassurants et courtois. Les réceptionnistes sont toutes très gentilles et elles travaillent fort afin de nous donner des rendez-vous qui s’accordent bien avec nos horaires. Merci!

Negative experience: Bandes de malhonnêtes et d’escros. Vous devez changer votre façon de traiter vos élèves et tous ceux qui se rapprochent de votre auto-école

Fantastic experience: Super école super service avec de super prof. Merci a tous autant les prof sur la route que les 2 prof que j'ai eu pour les cours théoriques.
