Negative experience: Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience with Citadel driving school. I had a very disappointing experience with the instructor Salim.From the start, his attitude was unprofessional and discouraging. Instead of providing constructive feedback, he is often impatient and condescending, which made learning to drive more stressful than it needed to be. .

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience, learning how to drive. I had zero knowledge/experience on how to drive before classes yet i passed my road test in first attempt in few classes. My instructor, salim was very nice and helpful. I am truly very thankful to him.

He explained everything clearly, making even the most challenging aspects of driving easy to understand. What impressed me most was his focus on safety and building confidence. Fantastic experience: I have completed 25 hours course from citadel driving and would recommend everyone to join them if you need any driving assistance. The instructors here are very friendly, helpful and professional. They taught me the driving from the beginning as I was a new learner and I was able to drive smoothly in few days. I passed my test in first attempt because of them. I am thankful that they were my instructors for the driving class. Definitely should take classes from them. Thank you!!
