Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my instructor , would highly recommend CAA to anyone who lives on the West Island

Negative experience: **Subject: Dissatisfaction with CAA Driving School Point Claire** Dear CAA Driving School Point Claire, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service provided by your driving school in Point Claire. Despite repeated attempts to contact your school by phone, I have been unable to speak to a representative. Each call has been met with a voicemail message, leaving me with no option but to visit your location in person. However, even when visiting your location, I have consistently found the school to be closed without any notice or indication of when the staff might return. This most recently occurred yesterday when my daughter needed to pick up her driving certificate. I find this lack of accessibility and communication to be completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and responsiveness, which has clearly not been met by your driving school. I urge you to take immediate steps to improve your services and ensure that your school is accessible to students. This could include: * Ensuring that someone is always available to answer phone calls or respond to inquiries. * Providing clear and timely communication regarding closures or staff absences. * Implementing a system for students to pick up documents without the need for in-person visits. I would appreciate a prompt response to this complaint, outlining the actions you will be taking to address these issues. Negative experience: Not recommended on every level.

Fantastic experience: My son learns to drive the car here. It's good.

Negative experience: The receptionist at the school was incredibly ineffective and unpleasant. Not only did she seem completely disinterested in her job, but she was also unable to answer my questions clearly and accurately. Her attitude was disdainful. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would certainly not recommend this driving school to anyone due to the deplorable customer service provided by this receptionist.
