Fantastic experience: I got a good experience with them. Mr Matthew has been a great help on my exams day. He gave me a lot of good tips that helped me passed my exams.

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school, it is extremely poorly organized. They take on too many students... and when you try to book a lesson, you find nothing but distant dates, which delays your practice, your lessons, thus delaying your obtaining your license. They also charge you if you are late or if something unexpected happens; they are not understanding at all. They just want to make money. However, when they cancel at the last minute, which has happened to me several times with them, you receive nothing. They can afford it, and we have to be understanding, while when it's the opposite, they don't want to hear anything! Today I am showing up for my scheduled 2 hours of driving, and they tell me on site that it is canceled!! and that all the other upcoming lessons for which I took time to schedule according to their limited availability and mine are also canceled!!! That I should reschedule everything. Of course, forget about compensation for all these inconveniences that this school causes, forget even simple apologies. When I asked the instructor Mr. Nabil, who was on site, why it was canceled, he replied with total disdain 'that he had other things to do'. Seriously run from this school, a lot of better driving schools around! They only care about money, they have zero respect for clients and students.

Fantastic experience: My son started with this school last year and I have had the BEST experience with Anita who is extremely helpful with answering any questions we had, setting up appointments etc. Good customer service is hard to come by lately so when we receive EXCEPTIONAL service, it needs to be highlighted! Anita is an ASSEST to the company! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This would've been my school of choice if I would have stayed in the area! Everyone there is so incredibly kind and helpful! I want to thank Nadia (sorry if I misspelled it) and Anita for going above and beyond. Anita proactively reached out to me so that I could check if my SAAQ exam had been cancelled, so that I didn't lose money for a last minute rental cancellation! I'm so incredibly grateful to her! If I don't pass my road exam, I'll definitely rent from Access Tecnic again!

Fantastic experience: The lady from DDO was amazing she helped me get all my drivings in right before my exam. Super sweet and very understanding.
