Fantastic experience: Very high quality of instruction from Stéphane and François. The secretaries also do their job well, answer the phone, and are always very welcoming at the door. One advice would be to make your reservations in advance, as the school is often very busy (1300 students for two full-time teachers). Update: I passed my practical exam on the first try.

Negative experience: Didn’t know how to log into your very first zoom class, missing part of it? 20$ fee. The bus was late so you missed 15 minutes of your driving class? 45$ fee. Did you get sick the day of your driving class and couldn’t cancel on time? 45$ fee. Want to cancel the driving school? 50$ fee. Stay away from this greedy school.

Negative experience: An instructor with inappropriate, questionable behavior towards young girls still works there even after several complaints to the driving school and police involvement.

Negative experience: La secrétaire m’a donné la mauvaise date pour mon rendez-vous donc j’ai reçu un appelle me disant que j’avais manqué mon cours et que j’allais devoir payé un frais. Absolument ridicule, ils n’envoient même pas de confirmation de rendez-vous donc l’erreur n’aurait pas pu être prévenue!
