Negative experience: If you are a nervous driver, I do not recommend her, you will lose confidence to get back onto the road. Nalia is very knowledgeable, clearly the skills are there, but she is a very impatient, high strung individual and struggles to communicate effectively. She yells, screams, fusses, to the point it's like having a family member teach you rather than an instructor. It made me rethink what I was paying her for. I understand that road safety is important and these concepts have to be drilled into a student, but the yelling was just not an effective teaching method for me. She also falls into the trap of most driving instructors, there are a lot of times where she is on the phone dealing with personal matters while teaching as well. I don't blame her and I think she means well, but she basically fits into the standard of most driving instructors globally, they are not very good teachers, because the profession is very unregulated. For me, I went on to get another instructor who didn't talk as much or yell ever, just pure instruction, minimal small talk, and that ended up working out much better for me.
