Negative experience: Literally put my daughter on another bus as hers was broken down and then couldn't tell me where she was or what bus she was on. For over 30m I was left to panic while being told to call 3 different numbers, all of which still couldn't tell me where my daughter is!! Unbelievably unprofessional!! Thank God I did eventually find her!!!!! DO BETTER!! These are our CHILDREN.

Negative experience: Whoever drives unit 3965 in lacombe needs to slow it down, your driver almost ran into my truck while backing into my driveway, not the first time this bus goes way to fast in this crescent

Fantastic experience: We hired Prairie Bus for our wedding shuttles. The buses were clean and on time. Our guests had a great experience. At the end of the night we had such a blast on the bus heading home and the driver was so kind!! Thank you again :)

Positive experience: Although I've never used your service, I deliver parts to your facility for maintenance of the vehicles. Richard is a great guy and anyone else I've dealt with has been friendly and professional i have no doubt that the drivers are the exact same. Keep up the great work
