Tecnic St-Jérôme-Nord (Lafontaine sector) driving school

Negative experience: They regularly cancel classes. They try to reach the students during the day when they are at school. They do not respect their commitments. Even though I give them another number to schedule the classes, they always call my son. The scheduling is not optimal.

Negative experience: I just finished my LAST driving lesson and I was really disappointed. Throughout my driving, she sighed and made comments on every maneuver. I truly felt worthless; my practical driving test is in 2 days and she made me lose all confidence (even though for 1 year she was the only instructor who put me down about my driving) maybe because I am black?‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I contacted JADE to schedule my classes, she helped me a lot, she is a nice smiling person, I thank her very much, I am happy with the service from Tecnic

Negative experience: The teachers do not give breaks during the 2-hour classes, and I only found out in my second-to-last class that we were supposed to have them. They often charged me additional fees, saying 'file reopening,' and when I spoke to someone at the SAAQ, they said it was illegal. I was told that the owner supposedly had no idea that these fees were being charged. When I wanted to change schools, I was told it was impossible, even though it is my right. There is never availability for the classes, teachers arriving late to class, teachers who don't even bother to inform us that they won't come to class, whereas if we do that, we get charged... In short, I would not recommend this school to anyone.

Negative experience: The employee named Megan whom I was on call with was really rude and unpleasant to deal with. Regardless, every time I call the Tecnic of saint jérôme, this is how the employees behave. Very poor service, very disrespectful and irresponsible employees who blame you for their lack of professionalism. Don't waste your time with them.
