Fantastic experience: Susan is an incredible instructor. I got my driver's licence in another country and Susan has been excellent in improving my confidence in driving. She has an ability to spot " fear responses" in driving and she calmly explains how to systematically adress any " weak spots". Her instructions are very clear and she is the most positive and encouraging but firm instructor I have ever had. I recommend her . Thank you Susan for building my skills and confidence.

Negative experience: Susan is a certified scam artist. When you sign up for her "driving school" it's candy cane and gum drops until you lose your driving certificate, and then requests $150 for a replace piece of paper? Yet, you can get it for free elsewhere? Let's break it down: $800 + spent in her course, a "hidden you can take my car, but because we are going outside of HRM it will cost more" (was not disclosed till the day we left for Windsor, and she will threaten to cancel your course/not take you if you don't pay). Now another "hidden fee" to replace a simple piece of paper that says I passed, after it's been 2 years and I lost it in transition? Unacceptable and disrespectful. Absolutely disgusting, and Susan you should be ashamed of yourself. Her "hard working Canadian dream" is scamming you of your hard earned income. Do NOT USE THIS SCHOOL unless ALL QUESTIONS, FEES and CONCERNS are listed or answered promptly. Make sure she has answered all your questions, and gave you ALL fees/fee scaling before you start this. I am debating on taking her to small claims court, don't get trapped in this. Susan, you have 1 week from the time of this review until the time i file a court claim.
