Negative experience: Service atroce ils me font payer 72$ pour des cours que jai fait annuler, gros manque de compétence. Allez chez Pontiac

Fantastic experience: Great school over the years changed to Tecnic but same staff, my three kids went there and the last one is finishing up in a few months, both my eldest kids passed 1st attempt at the licence bureau, would definitely recommend this school

Negative experience: They are overbooked and do not prioritize existing clients. It has taken three years to get a license. The owner over-promises and under-delivers.

Negative experience: they will not book 'in-car' sessions - It seems that they don't even bother looking at the calendar - when my daughter goes in to ask, the answer is a swift, No we don't have any. The other day I was driving on BLVD Alumetieres and a Lauzon car passes me (too fast) then changes lanes several times without signaling - good advertising!

Negative experience: this place is an absolute disgrace. DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lucky to have an in car session once every 2 months. They blame everything on Covid but other schools have laughed when I brought it up. Do yourself a favor and take a walk across the street. there is a nice driving school there with amazing customer service and speedy scheduling. They even answer the phone which is far to difficult a task for the uneducated staff at lauzon

Negative experience: whatever you do, don't sign up here, you'll get your license much faster in any other school. had my learners for more than a year now.

Fantastic experience: I know you're probably seeing a lot of bad reviews here. Bc of the pandemic (story of my life) they're overbooked. They are working 6 days a week with very short breaks if any and they have a fantastic attitude. My teacher Kris is one of the nicest, fun and loving people I've ever met. I've learned a lot more than just about driving but also a helpful persepective on life and prejudices. He created a really comfortable space for people to be able to educate each other on their experiences and is always able to keep my attention for the 2 hour classes. They are so kind and patient considering all the pressure they're going through. After the holidays they should be able to catch up with all the students! They've hired 7 new teachers and are working hard to make everyone happy. I just finished a class and it is 8:30 pm.

Negative experience: I would give zero starts for the Aylmer division but there isnt that low of a grade. Way before COVID, the school had issues, such as it took them months to schedule my kid for the next classes, and they were unable to assist any requirement and were super rude when dealing with them. One of the instructors was yelling at my wife, he is lucky i wasn't there. I would have pulled my kid out of there few times if they did not corner me into paying in full so that they can take 15 months to schedule classes. The manager "Isabelle" never returned any calls because its below her i guess to deal with issues. The explanation for poor service was always that they are understaffed and overbooked. My kid did not show driving improvements because he says the instructors dont explain things to him ever when they drive.

Negative experience: Maybe if the lady upfront "Carol" picked up the phone and had some manners whenever talking to customers their reviews wouldn’t be so bad... I’ve received better customer service at fast food restaurants.

Negative experience: Horrible service they can not keep track of anything. They are horrible dont go there i dont recomend anykne doing there classes their go anywhere esle except their. Some of the teachers are super un professional and one even laided their handes on me while we were driving.

Negative experience: awful, AWFUL experience. They are completely overbooked with students, unorganized and unprofessional. I suggest to anyone going here to keep track of everything yourself with dates that classes were taken and confirmations because this school is the biggest joke ever.

Negative experience: Called 6 times for a week then called again the week after. They put me on hold but hung me up. Also wI was supposed to do 2 hours of driving on the road only did an hour because the secretary only put an hour, they FORGOT to teaCH me how to DRIVE ON A ROUNDABOUT about and PARKINGS. I'm already on PHASE 4 -,-

Negative experience: Ma conjointe suis un cours la.. ils repoussent toujours les rendez vous, fond des promesses par dessus des promesse qui ne tiennent jamais debout.. pas capable davoir plus dun rendez vous par mois.. continue a faire rentrer de noiveaux élève sans meme avoir fini avec ceux qui sont là depuis pkus d'un ans! Si je pourrais donner -5 etoiles je le ferais.. service pourris et impoli
