Negative experience: It's true that Rim does his job very well, he's actually the only person who provides good customer service, because behind him there are just rats counting the money they can squeeze out of you. They credit you for all the classes you don't attend even when you're sick, but when the instructor doesn't show up, you are quickly forgotten. Moreover, classes often start late and finish early. In short, they are not there for your success. I hated the experience and I'm not the only one. I don't know anyone who was satisfied, no matter the branch.
