Negative experience: The professors are disorganized and start 25 minutes late. The teacher spends more time managing the cameras than teaching the class. Really of poor quality, I am very disappointed with the Montreal branch. The teacher does not want to go over and repeat when we do not understand. I usually take my classes in Longueuil and the teachers are 10/10. I was given a class in Montreal and I will never accept it again.

Negative experience: I was simply trying to speak to someone at the Montreal school to obtain a certificate of completion for the course. Two hours playing ping-pong between two agents who clearly had no idea how to contact the school, while I was calling the provided number. Therefore, I will not be able to take my driving test on the scheduled date due to their terrible service, the incompetence of the agents, and their structure managed like the house of the madmen in Asterix.

Negative experience: This school was so bad that it made me give up entirely on driving. Rude misogynistic instructors, zero flexibility, crazy fees, no one picks up the phone, and the courses are pointless. I learned nothing. Why do I need to pay to discuss my favorite car with the group? Who cares? Just teach us how to drive.

Positive experience: My experience here was really mixed at the beginning, but then I realized that some instructors are better than others and in the end, I really enjoyed my classes. So my rating is very instructor-dependent. If you do go here for English courses, I highly recommend asking for Raza for theory and Charmaine for in-car sessions. Other instructors I’ve had were impatient or outright ill-mannered. Admin is pretty easy- you can book your in-car sessions through the online portal, call or email. I had easy success through all methods of communication.

Negative experience: I had a class first thing in the morning and I got stood up. I did not receive any notification and they didn't answer my calls.
