I want to report a driving course with the instructor Daniel Tournant. My self-confidence associated with my driving is very fragile. The instructor made derogatory comments throughout the driving course, which made me extremely stressed. He also used a very unpleasant tone, which created a very heavy atmosphere. During the lesson, I was praying internally for it to end as quickly as possible. Everything I did was not correct. Mr. Tournant did not hesitate to make negative comments constantly. In the end, he said: 'I advise you to practice with your little lady and tell her that she might be scared.' When I left auto Tecnic to go back home, I burst into tears. I didn't want to know anything more about driving. I pay a lot for driving lessons and I expect to have quality classes with a respectful instructor. That was not the case this time. It has affected my self-confidence. If my first outing had been with Daniel Tournant, I would not have wanted to return to that driving school. I haven't gotten back into a car since that lesson, and I am strongly afraid of going back. It will take time for me to recover from it. I do not understand why he chose this profession. He clearly does not belong in that place. He causes more harm than good to students.

Negative experience: I just had the worst driving lesson of my life. I was with the instructor Daniel Tournant and he is so bad and disrespectful. From the moment I got into the vehicle, he talked to me extremely badly and belittled me the whole time. Instead of teaching me what I should do, he got angry about every little thing as if he didn't even want to be there. If he doesn't want to be at this job, he should leave and find something else!!
