Negative experience: I usually don't comment, but I was really disappointed; the service was decent at first, but due to a misunderstanding on their part, the staff ended up insulting me. I do not recommend it. Refusal to engage in dialogue and a lack of clarity and transparency. At the slightest issue, total disdain.
