Fantastic experience: Hello family, I wanted to share the experience I had this Thursday, August 1, 2024, at the SAAQ in Saint-Jean where I took my driving test. It may sound funny, but the story is very serious. Not to mention that it was my third attempt with them after two failures. I found it necessary to take advanced driving lessons, and I was recommended to KF-Conduite driving school. I greet the manager Kone and especially the instructor Pape, who is a professional that helped me understand what my weaknesses were. Thanks to him, I was able to discover all the techniques that examiners use to fail people. Thank you, Pape. To continue, at the end of the exam, I see that I had 78 on my score sheet. He asks me how I found the route we took! I replied that I was waiting for his deliberation, and he tells me that I didn't pass because I didn't have enough points. I told him, 'But sir, I clearly saw that you marked me as having 78 points!' He said, 'No, you have 65,' crossed out the 8, and put 0 instead. On the sheet he gave me, he put 65, and in the end, his sheet showed 70. Anyway, thank you to the entire KF CONDUITE team, YOU ARE the best!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this school for learning to drive, the service is catastrophic. The lady called me around 10 PM to check if I had deposited the money via interac transfer (knowing that it was already done). For me, it is a lack of respect and professionalism. The worst part is that I called in the morning to mention to the owner that the agent does not have the right to contact me around 10 PM, so instead of apologizing, he insulted me and told me he was checking the entry of the money. It’s really serious and impolite, anyway ....... no comment. I am disappointed.
