Negative experience: Do not visit or take any course from these people. I just wasted my money 330cad and driver taught me nothing. The sale rep at counter is negligent too and doesn’t give slots at convenient time. Pathetic experience here.

Negative experience: Les cours sont beaucoup trop espacés et les profs annulent souvent les cours. Ca fais 1 mois que je ne peux pas avancer mon permis parce que le prof a une mauvaise connection ou que les services sont fermés. La pandémie est terminée, pourquoi les cours ne sont plus en présentiel? La conduite est correcte mais les proffesseurs on du mal avec plusieurs mots de français. Pour les procédés administratifs, on est perdu et il faut creuser loin pour avoir de l'aide ou ce dont on a besoin.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I highly recommend Hanan as a driving instructor. She is very friendly, calm and explains well. She also explained in great detail what to expect for the driving exam and gave me tips on how to pass. She is by far the best instructor i’ve had!

Fantastic experience: For me, I recommend Charley as an instructor because most of my in car sessions that I had so far are under on him. he is calm and has an excellent knowledge about driving. Absolutely effective for me because I learned a lot for him as a first time driver. I’m comfortable also asking everything I want to know about driving and he explained it very clearly as to my concern.

Fantastic experience: the instructor gave good reviews and pointed out very interesting theories of what could happen in certain situations. he was very calm and cooperative which made both of us feel at ease and upgraded our parkings to a higher level, the other student i was with gave me good points on what to pay a little more attention too and i have learn a lot during her hour of driving. this was very educative and fun

Positive experience: I liked my driving lessons with Nabil. I strongly recommend him. Best driving instructor I’ve ever had…and I’ve had a few. He knows how to pass his driving knowledge to the students and make them feel relaxed behind the wheel. Downside for the driving school: they rent me a car with winter tires on the back seat, that had to me removed and delayed my road exam.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Extremely difficult to book for online and in car classes either online, by phone or by email! They tell you to book on the first of the month, by the time you log on it's already complete, so I end up having to call and struggle to get 1 class booked. Really not happy with the process. In my opinion there are too many students registered for the amount of classes offered and teachers available!
Fantastic experience: Spoke with Anita and she was super helpful. She made sure I pass and finish all my classes on time. Much friendlier than other driving schools.

Fantastic experience: I really liked my last lesson. I was always told before that I was advanced and that I'm doing good. They never really learned the technics and didn't give me any comments. However, on my last lesson, my instructor learned me about the lane changes, the parking, the véhicule engine and the highwayz. Before, I did it good and the other instructors just were silent. However, this class learned me a lot and finally I don't feel myself that good and I know what to improve. I feel for the first time that it's worth my money.

Negative experience: We are definitely not going back with this school, we were so patient with them when covid hit. But when things started to open up, it was difficult to get courses, and in car lessons. They don’t answer emails, they don’t answer phones, they don’t call back. The only way we got things to move along was to show up in person. Finally when my son was ready for his SAAQ driving test, he gets there only to be told that Access made a mistake on his papers. It could have been fixed by phone, but guess what?? They didn’t answer ! So we showed up in person, and yes they fixed it. The lady that was there apologized, and said she was still on emails from 10 days ago! More like 2 months….Sorry but this is unacceptable!

Negative experience: My experience with this school has been awful! We have been waiting to get availabilities for months and months. Every time we write an email or call, NO REPLY. NO ANSWER. My son has been waiting to complete his theory and practical training for a long time but we don't get any replies. His temp license will expire soon and he will have to pay again all because he is unable to get any availabilities from Access Pierrefonds driving school, to complete his course. I personally went to the school one morning to see what was going on. A young receptionist said my son should go ahead and book his final exam with the SAAQ - EVEN THOUGH HE HAS NOT FINISHED HIS THEORY! When I told her that he had to finish his theory before writing the final exam, she said: "Just have him study the book!!" REALLY?? Is this what I paid for??? I paid the course in full! I am truly disappointed and angry!! Again this week we sent emails, no answer!! I called again, left a detailed message asking for a total refund since we have no way of moving forward with this - but again NO ANSWER! No call-back! How are we supposed to proceed when we can't get in touch with anyone from that office and we don't get any information, replies or call-backs???!! I have no other choice but to take the necessary steps for a total refund and go elsewhere so my son can complete his driving course!

Negative experience: * I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!! PLEASEEE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM* I don't even know where to start!!! One of the receptionists screamed at me while we were on the phone. I went to the school to make a complaint and they didn't do ANYTHING about it. I had one of the worst instructors EVER. He barely taught me anything, couldn't answer my questions, would not give me any tips or tricks to improve my driving. Called the school and asked them twice not to put me with that driving instructor and they didn't do ANYTHING about it because I had him one more time after that. I was told by the access Pierrefonds receptionist that I was going to get money credited to me. They dodged me and jerked me around for months to finally tell me that they weren't going to do ANYTHING about it. Basically, they feed you a bunch of empty promises. If u have an issue with them you have to call them repeatedly and hope and pray that they answer the phone. If you ask anyone around you if Access is a good school I am 100% sure that they will say "NO" especially the Pierrefonds locations.
