Negative experience: I’m really surprised how there aren’t more negative reviews about this company given how difficult Zaid’s character is. If I wasn’t available for a time that he suggested or if I took some time to respond to his text, he would act very immaturely and rudely which is not what I expect as a client at any company. We’re human and things happen in life and we should have empathy and understanding towards one another, especially when I am paying for a service and being nothing but respectful. When I raised my concerns with the company (which Zaid manages) and asked if it was possible to transition to another instructor, I received a disrespectful response that was completely dismissing of my feelings and the issues I raised. In the end, I was only offered a refund with no genuine effort to resolve the situation. I would not recommend this school to anyone looking for a professional and respectful learning environment.

Fantastic experience: I had never driven a car before, and I took 7 lessons to prepare for the G2 test. I passed the G2 test on my first attempt. After that, I only drove for 1-2 weeks over the course of a year. When I decided to go for the G test, I took 3 lessons to prepare and passed the G test on my first try as well. Both Zaid and Alan were excellent instructors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :)
