Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Cinq Stars, and I especially want to highlight my instructor, Wissam, who was absolutely incredible. As someone who can be quite anxious, I was worried about learning to drive, but Wissam quickly put me at ease. He was supportive, patient, and always gave clear, constructive feedback. Whether it was celebrating what I was doing well or pointing out areas for improvement, Wissam struck the perfect balance. His encouragement during lessons and thoughtful debriefs afterward kept me motivated and confident throughout the process. In terms of scheduling lessons, I found it easy to set up my appointments. While you do need to call in to book, I typically scheduled my next lesson at the end of each session, and I had no trouble booking appointments on a near-weekly basis until my lessons were complete. I did have one Snafu early on when an instructor didn't show up for an early morning lesson due to unforseen circumstances, but they were deeply apologetic and I was quickly rescheduled. Ultimately, the education you receive at this school is top-notch, and I passed my Road test with 100%! This school is a great choice for anyone looking to learn in a supportive and professional environment. Thank you, Wissam, and Cinq Stars, for setting me up for success!

Fantastic experience: Very good driving school. Appointments are easy to book and early on as in you get the appointments fast within the same week! I’m a student driver who got my learners permit in december and I’ve already finished my last class within a year. Very fast and their workers are efficient and very nice overall.

All the cars are very nice, electric and extremely clean. I felt really prepared for both my theory and road test, and passed both on the first try. Negative experience: do not come here. My son has come home in tears telling me that his driving instructor yells at him for simple mistakes. Teachers should not be making their students afraid of learning, they should be encouraging them. So, I suggest you hire better teachers. Poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: If it exist 6 stars, I would’ve rate it 6 stars. It’s the best school in the West Island l, they are always organized, fast appointments, a very nice friendly instructors they helped me a lot and they are so nice and so kind. Theirs cars are so clean and excellent cars to start driving. I liked this school so much that I’ve already told all my friends to sign it to it. I recommend this school to all people and with confidence they will not regret signing in. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I researched quite a few places for my son to get driving lessons and ended up picking Cinq Stars - École. Well as it turns out, it was the best decision ever. They have patient, kind and very knowledgeable instructors, whether it is the theory Zoom sessions or the in car sessions. My son is extremely happy with the instruction he has been given. In fact he sometimes points things out that he did wrong and what he should have done differently. As a parent, I rely on Jenna to guide us every step of the way, whether it is to find out what comes next in terms of the course or to schedule theory or in car sessions. Jenna is extremely competent, organized and such a pleasure to deal with. Within minutes she replies to emails and she just makes this whole process such a stress free and an amazing experience. In all of our interactions with Jenna, she goes above and beyond and she truly is one of a kind. To the management and owners of Cinq Stars - École de conduite, you are extremely lucky to have her as an employee! She definitely deserves "Cinq Stars". ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I really recommend this school, very good staff, very nice and the reception calls you back when you leave messages, very good service. The only thing I was a little disappointed about, but that doesn't take away stars from this place, is that there are no theoretical lessons in French... but my son still took his exams even though he is not 100% English... at least during the road lessons the instructor speaks to him in French, so it's a very good school... the instructors are very kind and patient :)

Negative experience: I was a student at this school and I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL. They asked me to leave a review so here it is. I had 6 lessons with Raja despite me telling Jenna to stop putting me with him because he’s a disrespectful disgusting person. I had signed up at this school to learn how to drive, I didn’t need to be yelled at or belittled everytime I did something wrong. When I’d asked him questions, he’d laugh at me in a mocking manner and not even give me an answer. When I asked him to explain something all he did was repeat the same thing over and over just louder while getting closer to me. All I could smell is his nasty breath while he yelled at me. If you want to be belittled, mocked and disrespected because you don’t know how to drive, go ahead and sign up.

They were both very calming and very patient - I’m an older learner driver and I was very anxious!!! Jenna who organized my driving lessons was always very friendly, accommodating and very professional. I passed my practical driving test last week. I would highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Best school, Great Teaching and Wonderful experience overall !!! "I went to Cinq Stars after scheduling my road test, which was after 25 days. My schedule was tight because of the work. Raja and Jenna helped to schedule my lessons to be in the morning before my work and arranged a pickup from my home. I had to get rid of my Indian driving skills first of all, Raja explained everything to me. Each day I learned new things and practiced the things I learned previously. Stop signs, Double stop, Lane change, Yield sign, Parking, Highways... I practiced everything and got the license in the first attempt itself. Raja was really considerate and answered all my questions." Interesting fact: If you really want to see the difference from other schools, try to see how the other schools are giving their lessons. I noticed them when I practice around SAAQ Dorval. Most of them don't do double stop, or yield. So if you want to be the perfect, learn from the best. Tip: Don't hesitate to ask questions :)

Fantastic experience: Danielle and her team at Cinq Stars were extremely helpful in helping my 82 yr old dad pass his driving test requested by the SAAQ. Getting older has many challenges but Danielle and her team made my dad feel comfortable and confident. They reviewed all aspects of driving so he would have the confidence to pass. My dad being hearing impaired brought forth many challenges but again Danielle and her team had the skills to help him through it ! I fully recommend Cinq Stars for all of your driving needs from the 17 year old new driver to the older generation who are being asked the most challenging tasks. My lessons were tailored to my learning pace and work schedule making it very easy to keep at a good pace. I was nervous to drive when I first signed up but quickly felt I was in good hands and gained the confidence I needed. Fantastic experience: I transferred over to Cinq Stars this spring because I could not get any driving lessons booked at my previous school, as well as being given super long wait time estimates for lessons from other schools. Immediately from the moment I called lesson after lesson was booked throughout this summer and I was able to completely finish my course and now have my license finally! I’m not sure how much further along I would have been in my progress if not for Cinq Stars! Accommodating, consistent, flexible scheduling and amazing teachers who are highly intelligent in explaining maneuvers and very calm and easy to drive and learn with. I asked if it would be possible for me to have my license by the fall, they told me yes and held true to their word in every respect. I could not recommend Cinq Stars enough to anyone out there, amazing school amazing people and a sure fire way to not just get your license complete but also become a very confident and skilled driver ready to go out into the world. Fantastic experience: Just got my license yesterday on my first try. Instructors are nice and fun too. Scheduling is very easy to fit into your schedule, it's just a matter of the student calling to schedule their lessons. They also just changed to fully electric cars which are very smooth and amazing to learn in.

Fantastic experience: IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR LICENSE, YOU HAVE TO GO HERE, PERIOD. I had really bad driving anxiety and for the life of me could not change lanes. But Rashid worked with me and he had so much patience. Danielle took me for my road test and waited for a whole HOUR AND HALF while I did my road test. THEY ARE AMAZING, SO DON'T BE DUMB AND GO WITH ANOTHER SCHOOL.

Negative experience: Cinq star？ more like no star lmfao i booked a in car session for Jun 28 12:30 with them two weeks ago，and now theres me sitting outside of a locked room looking like a idiot，waitted 20 min for instructor to come and yet still no one appear. Called them 3 time no one answers. very inefficient！！！ WHaT a wAiSt oF TIME lol

Fantastic experience: Cinq Stars is 100% the best driving school in West Island. They are such a friendly and acommodating team. Rashid and Danielle both taught me and provided for a thorough understanding of driving, which allowed me to pass all of my SAAQ tests first try. With COVID, all my friends at other schools have to wait months to book driving lessons. At Cinq Stars, however, they constantly have a new schedule of driving availabilities and online services for theory classes. They are so helpful, they were even able to fit in my final assessment the morning of my driving exam with only 2 days notice. Highly recommend!
