R & D Driving Academy

A Patient Mentor Focused on Safe Driving Habits

At R & D Driving Academy, the primary goal is to instill defensive driving techniques and build genuine confidence behind the wheel. Led by instructor Radu Timonea, the academy prioritizes safety and long-term driving skills over merely passing a test. Students consistently praise Radu’s patience, humor, and ability to create a relaxed, stress-free environment, which is particularly helpful for those overcoming driving anxiety or navigating new road conditions in Canada.

Proven Results and Personalized Instruction

The academy boasts an impressive success rate, with many students passing their Class 7 N or Class 5 road tests on their first attempt. Radu is highly regarded for his clear, concise instructions and his knack for identifying and correcting bad habits quickly. Whether a student is a complete beginner or an experienced driver adapting to Canadian laws, the personalized attention ensures that specific weaknesses are addressed efficiently.

Flexible Packages and Comprehensive Coverage

R & D Driving Academy offers a variety of lesson structures to suit different learning needs and budgets. Options include individual 60-minute or 90-minute sessions, as well as bundled packages of 5 or 10 lessons. This flexibility allows students to progress at their own pace, with strict timelines (one month for 5 lessons, two months for 10) designed to ensure rapid skill acquisition. A specific road test package is also available, providing a crucial hour of practice before the exam along with vehicle rental.
