These packages included using the school car for the test and one hour of practice before each test. 2. Later, you requested to use your own car for the tests instead. Despite our 15-day refund policy, which had already passed, we went above and beyond to switch your G2 and G packages to additional lessons. This was an exception we didn’t have to make, considering your purchase was over a month old. 3. When switching your package, we were very clear that: - Due to the short timeline, it was not guaranteed that all additional lessons would be scheduled before your test. - Any remaining lessons after your road test could be used for your G test or at any other time you choose. We repeated these points multiple times to ensure you understood the arrangement. 4. As we were completing the initial 10 hours, you requested some lessons to be conducted in your own car. While this is not our standard practice, we accommodated your request. Our instructor went above and beyond, including: - Parking his own car in a public lot downtown and paying out of pocket. - Walking 5-10 minutes to your car for each lesson. - Starting the lesson only once inside your car, meaning he sacrificed his own time without additional pay. 5. Despite these challenges, our instructor worked hard to accommodate all your lessons before your road test. Unfortunately, when you later requested lessons at different times, the instructor was unavailable, and this made it impossible to meet the adjusted schedule. 6. You also requested the instructor to park his car for three hours in downtown parking, accompany you in your car to the Drive Test Centre, and only be paid for one hour. This request was unreasonable and unfair. Instructors are professionals who are paid for their time, starting from when they arrive to meet the student. This situation was taking advantage of the instructor’s kindness and professionalism, and naturally, the instructor could not agree to these terms. 7. Despite this, we offered you a refund for the remaining lessons a week before your road test, giving you sufficient time to make other arrangements. This refund was also not part of the original agreement but was offered as another act of kindness to resolve the situation. 8. Our goal has always been to provide quality service, and we have gone above and beyond to accommodate you, including: - Switching your package when refunds weren’t an option. - Scheduling your lessons in a tight timeframe despite the added complexity. - Offering you the ability to use any remaining lessons after your road test. - Providing a refund for the unused lessons as a goodwill gesture.
