Positive experience: I have personally been trying to reach this business by phone for weeks now to no avail. at first I was able to reach them, but the instructor was in the middle of the lesson and told me to call back in a bit. since then, every time I call the line is busy - perhaps they have blocked me, which is valid but I'm also disappointed because I really wanted to learn under this instructor considering the strongly positive reviews they have. I am giving them 3 stars and not 1 because I respect that they're a business and I don't want to harm them, I just want you to know I am disappointed you won't pick up my calls because I want to be your customer. thank you

Fantastic experience: Update to my previous review (10/14/2024): After 8 classes with Mr Riaz, I had my driving test on October 4th and I passed! It was my first time. Mr Riaz is amazing. I highly recommend him to be your driving couch. He goes beyond driving lessons and helps you to build your confidence, and enjoy driving. I have no words to express my gratitude to him for such amazing work. If you are in Montreal and planning to take your test here, go and call Mr Riaz right now! That is really good for beginners. I would definitely recommend him for real beginners in driving. We still have a few more days to go, and I would definitely update on the rest of the days as well.

Negative experience: The guy at reception gets condescending and hangs up on you in the middle of the call. We’re litterally trying to inform ourselves to buy the service.. that’s too bad.
