Negative experience: EDIT: it was Nov. 8, 2024 around 1:55 PM. The car was a red Mazda ( I think) with a dent in the trunk. Driving instructor almost rear ended me multiple times due to his impatience while driving on Westerland rd. There are many students in the area. I can’t imagine he would be a good teacher!!

Negative experience: They are not punctual at all. They do not provide any specific schedule for training. After so many phone calls they even donot get back. Really disappointing. After giving one day training, no further nearby schedule is given.

Negative experience: Think Twice Before Enrolling at SOUTHPARK DRIVERS TRAINING I want to share my experience with Southpark Driver Training. After completing their online driving module, I tried calling and messaging them multiple times to find out when my driving lessons would be scheduled. They never responded to any of my messages or calls until I finally said I was going to cancel and ask for a refund. That’s the only time they bothered to contact me to schedule the lessons. It’s clear they don’t really care about their students. If they did, they would have responded to my inquiries from the start. On top of that, their 48-hour refund policy is incredibly shady. By the time you finish the online module, the 48 hours are already up, making it impossible to get a refund. When I asked for one, they just told me to “read the refund policy,” which was really ignorant. Please beware and consider looking for another driving school.

Fantastic experience: Very attentive instructors and have always been super patient with me. I’d definitely recommend contacting Feras M.Areef or Saifan for beginners. I just passed my road test and it’s all because of them for sure <3

Negative experience: The worst experience ever. Don't waste your money and time, go to someone professional. Once you've paid, you will be ignored. Even when you schedule a lesson for a specific day and time, guy doesn't show up and never call you back. Even if you finally reach out to him after multiple calls, he will put responsibility on you. There are a lot of negative reviews in Buyers Beware group on Facebook.

Negative experience: Avoid at All Costs. Check their name in buyer beware, a lot of complaints. We had very bad experience with them. We paid and never got the certificate, not responding to text and call.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking to get your license, these are the guys to teach you. I started with some driving experience but zero confidence that i'd ever be able to pass my driving test. Both Saad and Ian were fantastic, and after only 4 lessons with them I was able to get a perfect score on my test. They have the most reasonable prices I've seen, and are extremely flexible with scheduling and working within any time constraints you may have.

Fantastic experience: I needed to get my license on a bit of a short notice and Saad got me in no problem! Ian was such an amazing instructor who was ready to help with anything I needed. Where I work full time the weekend classes weren’t an option for me so he got me enrolled in online classes! Cannot recommend this driving school enough!

Fantastic experience: booked the road test preparation package as i have years of driving experience in my home country. Didnt realize there were still a lot of things that i needed to learn and consider in order to pass. Prior to the actual road test, we had one final session and drove through the road test route which was very helpful. My road test went smoothly and passed!

Negative experience: The instructors are very good, and if I can give them a five star for that, I would. The communication is bad -- owner does not pick up their phone 95% of the time. If you don't call them, they won't even bother scheduling you.
