Expérience fantastique: Pro Six Cycle m'a été recommandé par un ami après avoir eu des problèmes pour démarrer la toute nouvelle Yamaha PW50 2024 de mon fils. Je n'avais reçu aucun soutien de Yamaha ou du concessionnaire et je me sentais très abattu alors que l'été était passé et que nous n'avions pas beaucoup utilisé la NOUVELLE moto, je commençais à penser que je devrais peut-être vendre la moto. J'ai envoyé un long message expliquant notre histoire au personnel de Pro Six Cycle en espérant qu'ils pourraient m'aider, car je pensais que c'était mon dernier recours. Mon expérience a largement dépassé mes attentes, le personnel a été si gentil et si serviable, je dois admettre que je me suis senti comme si je les connaissais depuis toujours, cela ressemblait vraiment à une ambiance familiale. Non seulement ils ont résolu le problème, mais ils m'ont également montré quelques astuces pour garder la moto en bon état de marche et ont vraiment pris le temps de tout passer en revue avec moi. Leur gentillesse envers moi et mon fils sera toujours gravée dans ma mémoire et je recommanderai sans hésitation Pro Six Cycle à d'autres motards. Maintenant, concernant le système de réservation, ce serait génial si la page de réservation en ligne était un peu plus adaptée aux mobiles. Bien sûr, ça fonctionne comme ça, mais vous savez, il y a toujours de la place pour l'amélioration... Continuez le bon travail !!!

Expérience fantastique: J'ai acheté une toute nouvelle Yamaha R3 2017. Je l'ai amenée ici depuis le premier jour pour des changements d'huile, de liquide de refroidissement et de liquide de frein, et la moto fonctionnait comme neuve jusqu'à ce que je la vende cette année en 2024. J'ai également commis une énorme erreur et j'ai cassé une bougie d'allumage qui aurait pu ruiner mon moteur. Pour être prudent, ils ont estimé 8 heures pour réparer (dans le pire des cas). Ils m'ont finalement facturé 2 heures et la moto fonctionnait parfaitement. J'ai aussi commandé des pièces comme un échappement, etc. et les pièces sont arrivées comme décrit et en temps opportun. Je fais confiance à ces gars à 100%.

Cet endroit a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et en plus, un service client incroyable. Les deux fois où j'ai visité, j'ai travaillé avec une charmante dame nommée Trish qui m'a aidé avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin. En essayant des casques, non seulement elle connaissait bien le produit et ce qui répondait à mes besoins (tant en termes de caractéristiques que sur le plan financier), mais elle s'est aussi assurée que je paraissais aussi cool que possible et elle a veillé à me le faire savoir ! C'est effrayant d'entrer dans le monde de la moto en tant que femme, mais avoir un membre du personnel aussi incroyable qui m'a aidé, qui m'a comprise et m'a mise à l'aise fait de Pro 6 Cycle mon endroit de prédilection pour acheter mes besoins en moto. Je ne peux pas assez souligner à quel point son aide a amélioré mon expérience. Je vais dire à tous mes amis motards d'acheter et de faire entretenir leur moto ici !!

Expérience fantastique: Pour les cavaliers débutants et expérimentés. Vous ne trouverez pas un personnel et des techniciens plus compétents. Ces gars peuvent vous préparer pour la piste de la bonne manière. Je me suis senti chez moi la première fois que j'y suis allé. Inutile de dire que je reviendrai chaque printemps pour un réglage.

Expérience fantastique: Un service client incroyable. Ils ont pris mon vélo le même jour où j'ai appelé concernant l'installation de mes nouveaux pneus Michelin. Le gentleman à la réception et l'autre gars, je pense que c'est le manager, étaient très gentils et polis. J'ai déposé le vélo le matin et quelques heures plus tard, ils m'ont appelé pour le récupérer. Le vélo roule bien et le technicien n'a pas endommagé mes pneus hp4. Je reviendrai pour plus de services. Merci encore les gars.

Expérience fantastique: After going down on the 400 after a different toronto shop disconnected my horn and charged me to fix a shaking mirror (which was not fixed at all) during their horrible dyno tuning it I took my bike to pro 6. They reconnected my horn and did what they could to repair the damage to the pedals. If you go on a Saturday you can drop in and they charged me half an hour of labour. 50$ plus tax. About 1 tenth what the other shop charged me. And ******* ruined the bike with their tune then came to my home to vandalize it a month later (they have my address). The position isn’t quite right on the pedal but they did the best they could do. The guy even cleaned my visor while I was there . They were nice and fair. Wish I’d gone here first. These guys care about your safety.

Expérience fantastique: Nothing but good things to say about Pro6cycle. All of them are super organized, honest and professional. I have an issue with my front wheel hopping, and rather than just trying to upsell me on replacing the tire they suggest I take it to a dirt bike shop that can re-true a spoked wheel first to see if it fixes it, and if not I can come back and change the tire. They also did my brake caliper seals and have swapped tires for me in the past. Really great shop and great team all around. Shop rate is reasonable in my opinion, especially because the owner works on the bikes in the back himself, you get peace of mind any work done on your bike is going to get done properly. Appreciate you guys trying to help me troubleshoot my bike issues with so much transparency. Will be coming back in the future.

They said the diagnosis revealed that nothing was wrong and billed me $175.00. Of Course, the problem came back the next weed, I paid for nothing and I still need to get it fixed.

Expérience négative: They are scam artists. I brought my Honda Shadow in for a safety inspection. The bike was in near mint condition and everything was working normally. I had just bought it and done a thorough inspection. Pro 6 called me and said the bike had failed. Supposedly it needed new front brake pads because they had 20% pad life remaining. They also claimed the rear brake foot lever needed to be “lubricated”, as well the front brake fluid was “dirty” and needs to be replaced. I was told it would not be expensive. When I picked up the bike, to my shock, they were charging $500 (including the safety inspection). I felt it was pretty sleazy the way they did it. The mechanic also did a poor job bleeding the brakes. He let air into the line. My front brakes would not stick even after I tried to bed them in for several days. I brought the bike back to them several days later. They said they would have a look but hinted that it’s probably a new problem which isn’t covered by warranty. The brakes were working fine before I brought the bike to pro 6. When I picked up the bike (for the second time) they tried to charge me again for the mechanics time, even though they are the ones who screwed up my brakes. They claimed the pin which pushes against the brake pad was “corroded” and he had to “clean it”. It was a blatant attempt to scam more money from me. All I needed was a safety inspection. The bike was in perfect working order. This place is untrustworthy. I won’t be going back to them and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: Gave them my GS500f for steering head bearings and to get some tires put on. My motorcycle needed a rear brake rotor which was back ordered until an unknown time. They suggested that they could use an aftermarket EBC rotor instead and it got me on the road far quicker and because of the long wait they even gave me a discount on the repairs. Will definitely be coming back here these guys are the real deal! Even washed my bike before returning it to me! Very nice shop to deal with and fair prices.

I feel welcome here, and their staff always takes time to explain anything. I needed the suspension set up correctly on my bike and despite being in the middle their busiest time of year, they took the time to thoroughly explain how to set up motorcycle suspension. It was a fantastic learning opportunity with personalized instruction and descriptive feedback tailored to meeting my goals. Doc rocks! His wealth of knowledge and experience helped me continue to build on my understanding of the race line, body position and riding in less than optimal conditions (9 -12 degrees on Sunday) and still learning from it all. Sheena was great with supporting the "new normal" COVID conditions and although it didn't run as per usual it was an awesome experience! Not only do they have the best prices on Dunlop tires in the country but they have some of the coolest brands I've seen, Arai, Shoei, Zin moto and even Jane motorcycle from NYC.
