Expérience fantastique: I recently took the DZ Essentials Program at the Kingston Campus. The staff I interacted with were professional, well organized and very accommodating. Erika was superb and ensured the registration as well day to day activities went off without a hitch. She was quick to respond to all questions and kept me well informed of the schedule to come. Lorne was an excellent instructor and very experienced driver. He organized the processes for the Z endorsement and parts of the D test in a simple manner to ensure all elements were covered for test day. This helped me know all the important details. He was open to new ideas and showed a great level of patience for an inexperienced manual transmission driver. There is no doubt he is committed to your success. I made the right choice and the proof is I passed the first time around and this is due to Lorne and Ericka's efforts. Thanks.
