Expérience positive: Raj was a fantastic instructor! There were a few problems with scheduling but that had nothing to do with the instructor. The help desk needs some work and they need to let students know ahead of time if something is wrong when completing their online. Rather then the student having to reach out after not being given an instructor. However, the instructors are great and Raj has made me a more comfortable driver.

Expérience positive: The online portion of this course is very slow and hard to follow, and had me doing tasks that had nothing to do with driving, (eg. Writing a paragraph about peer pressure) as well as being filled with grammatical errors. Some of the information was also inconsistent to that of the MTO drivers handbook. (eg. Telling me I am never supposed to use my high beams at night, ever) My instructor, Vishal, was very kind and accommodating with helping me get my hours in, but he never took me outside of residential areas, and had me drive around the same 5 or 6 blocks for all 10 of my lessons. I also found that rather than helping build up my confidence, he often did the opposite. I was very nervous to do driving lessons and instead of helping me get over that, he belittled me and told me I would not be successful on my G2 road test.
