Expérience négative: So... just drove down to their office on Austin Ave. in Coquitlam only to find out that address is an entirely different business. Called the YD number and explained that to the person who then looked up the address of another office in Port Coquitlam. Drove there only to find the same thing, a different business was there. So these locations have obviously been closed for a while yet they are still listed on the YD website, and their call centre doesn't seem to be aware of their status. Looking at their reviews, and judging by our experience thus far, I'm guessing that these two locations have gone out of business... YD does not seem to be the reputable company that I remember from years ago. We won't be doing business with them now that I've read some of their reviews.

Expérience négative: Last year I started my lessons with Sabine, first lesson was nice and after that she was impatient at the first mistake I had, she made me feel nervous instead confident driving with her, she is not a positive person when you might need it, I learned some things but the way that she teaches is not for people who is sensitive. If your way to learn is under pressure and with an unpleasant tone of voice she will be a good teacher. The last two times I was there, at the end I to did cry in my car because of how bad her comments made me feel. I had to cancel my road test because she told me that I was not able to approve it, I also cancel my nexts lessons and I haven’t been back because I don’t feel comfortable with that.

Expérience fantastique: I had Sabine as my instructor and she did a phenomenal job in teaching me. I saw a lot of negative reviews for her, but I don’t think they are fair. Yeah she does get mad, but I would rather have someone getting mad when I screw up then having someone who doesn’t say anything. Sabine really pushed me to my limits and after all the lessons, she helped me pass my N test with no marks taken off. Highly recommend Sabine if you want to pass your driving test right away!

Expérience négative: DO NOT USE. Instructor (Donald) takes zoom meetings on his laptop while the student is driving. I called their manager who dismissed me within 90 seconds. I paid them to teach my son how to be a safe driver. After struggling to get appointments, this is the type of service they provide. They take your money and make promises but its a scam, they disappear after you have paid. The ministry needs to look into this company. I dont leave negative reviews but, when it comes to our children's safety, parents need to be warned.
