Expérience fantastique: Recently acquired my Class 1 in edmonton, the program was supposed to take 6 weeks in total, I started Aug 6 and had completed the course on Nov 16, that is by my calculations much longer than 6 weeks, I believe this was due to booking way to many students and trying to cram as many as they could in a short period of time, on that for the person that decided to book like that made it very hard to actually stay there and complete the M.E.L.T program, so for that I give 1/2 star. The 5 star rating is for their instructor Craig, if I could give more I most definitely would. Right from the first day of in class to the last day of driving including the morning of my exam he went out of his way in the classroom, very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and patient. He makes sure that everyone in the class understands and answers every question thrown at him, and if someone doesn't t understand he explains in a way that they do get it. When he's doing the pre trip and driving portion of the program, he shows patience and helps along the way when you need it, he doesn't get mad or yell or make you feel stupid, he pushes you with confidence and uplifting support. All in all excellent instructor! I would recommend him as an instructor for anyone who wants to take the program. A+ Thank you Craig for making the experience a great one! I would also like to say a huge thank you to Jaspreet for putting up with my phone calls and emails trying to get somethings straightened out and when she did it went smoothly after that, so a shout out to her as well. Expérience positive: The instructor Craig in Edmonton is about the most personable intructor you could ever get. He is very understanding, very patient, and cares deeply about his students. If it wasnt for craig i would have left the school almost instantly. He was the only reason i stuck with the school. And he is the reason i aquired my Class 1. I give over 5 stars to Craig and maybe 2.5 to 3 stars out of 5 for that school. School lacks in convinient scheduling due to owner trying to fill too many students at once. The scheduling coordinater is very nice and she is flexible and tries her absoloute best to work with the students. But the owner/manahement makes it complicated for her.

Expérience positive: Great place to learn how to make your class ones. Recommend it 100%, Craig is a really good instructor and really gets the information inside of you’re head by explaining it in different ways, unfortunately, I made one tiny mistake and got disqualified on my drive test, Jaspreet told me to send her another permit so I did and is now completely ignoring me, Love the school but don’t get me wrong. That’s not how it should be. I’ve been trying to get a hold of her for two weeks and she is ignoring it, but looking at the messages.not to happy with the situation.. do better

Expérience fantastique: My review is 5 start for my instructor Craig. He is a sweetheart of a person. He really knows the course content and goes out of his way to ensure everyone in class understands well. He has a passionate drive that he honestly cares that his students are prepared to succeed. I have to thank Craig for believing in myself and others that I met while enrolled. Craig believed in us when we were frustrated at times and may have thrown in the towel. The school overall feels newer but the front end staff does make an honest effort to be helpful generally so I also send a shout out to Jaspreet.
