Expérience fantastique: Je suis vraiment impressionné par cette école de conduite et je souhaite partager mon expérience récente qui a été extrêmement positive. Premièrement, le prix est très raisonnable par rapport aux autres écoles locales. De plus, l'équipe administrative, en particulier la réceptionniste ou coordinatrice, a toujours été incroyablement polie, souriante et professionnelle, faisant toujours de son mieux pour nous accommoder au mieux de ses capacités, ce que nous apprécions énormément. Enfin, notre expérience avec la SAAQ s'est déroulée sans aucun problème, tout s'est déroulé de manière fluide. En résumé, je donne à cette école cinq étoiles et je tiens à les remercier pour tout.

Expérience fantastique: I am definitely happy I chose Wendy’s to learn how to drive! The website is very clear and organized and it was easy to book my in-car sessions. The secretary was really nice and explained everything clearly so I would understand. She was always there to answer my questions. Since I took my lessons during the pandemic, we did the theory sessions online and it was nice to have to just answer questions based on a PowerPoint they sent by email. The instructors were also very nice and I felt prepared when it came time for my road test at the saaq! Despite it being the middle of the pandemic, I was able to finish my courses in the designated 13 months!

Expérience négative: Dont waste your time the reception is super rude the schook it self went down hill hard so many better schools out there dont waste your time theres a reason why they had to shut down the garage and 2 diffeent offices ddo and kirkland that just goes to show you have far downhill they are going Wow your very swift very good your not as incompetent as i believe you are yes i am not registered maybe cuz im not a student i want many yrs ago when the service was actually good so i enrolled my family member and honestly would have been more worth it to take the cash and burn it thanks for your reply but your service is horrible quit trying to defend it you have a 3 star rating for a reason not all of us can be wrong lol

Expérience fantastique: Very good, good experience thank you Wendy. I already wrote a review. Something, Mason Gawari was a goat, a very fun and helpful instructor, and he was a goat. He helped me get my liscense, first try! WOw, thanks........anyway.......thanks to him I have not gotten a ticket YET. And I work at dairy queen with very nice women behind the counter.

Expérience négative: I recently finished the course here and I am not impressed. Whoever answers the emails does not bother being polite. They are also unorganized.. when the theory classes were no longer happening in person as a result of the pandemic, we were not notified and showed up for our class only to find out they were closed. An email or call to notify us would have been appreciated. I often wanted to email the school to ask questions (as their website is unclear and does not offer much information) but I didn’t because I knew I would be judged and would receive a rude response. Although I’m unsatisfied with the school and administrative staff, I liked my instructors, and liked that we could book in-cars online. I was also prepared for my road test.

Expérience fantastique: By Far the Best and most helpful School! My whole family has come to Wendys for their all the way back when my oldest brother got his license in 2005. I can go on about how much help they were but go see for yourself.

Expérience négative: BY FAR THE WORST BUSINESS I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Please stay away from this driving school at all cost. I had a pretty bad experience with one of the instructors because during every driving class, he would literally let me drive 5 mins and the rest of the time he would make me park on the side and give me a full theory class. When I called wendy's to let them know about this issue, they got mad at me and said "they didn't believe me" and that they "stand behind their instructors"....I had to switch instructors, the new one was a little bit better but would often make very racial comments that made me very uncomfortable. When I told him I scheduled my driving exam, he told me I should postpone it because he thought I wouldn't pass. Thank god I passed and never need to deal with these people again. Honestly, PLEASE do your driving classes ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES HERE.

Expérience négative: Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Absolutely a terrible driving school, a week before my SAAQ driving exam my in car driving instructor told me I was going to fail, and told me to wear something nice so I'd have a better chance at getting my license..? I ended up passing my SAAQ driving exam with the person who was evaluating me said I almost scored 100, but made one tiny mistake. If you want your teenager to be a confident driver, and not have someone tell them they're terrible every lesson, make sure you go to another driving school. Also as a 20 year old female, in all of the time I've been around disgusting men who have made me feel like I need to appease them with my appearance, never have I felt so degraded than I did when my male driving instructor said that I should wear something nice to have a better chance at getting my license.

Expérience fantastique: They are very clear on what they expect from you and their hours for classes are very flexible if you have a difficult schedule. The staff are very friendly and they are understanding. I was very prepared for the road test and they provide enough practice material for the theoretical exam. Would definitely recommend.

Expérience négative: wait time very long,staff was rude I asked for a another mayo she threw it on my tray given the wrong burger went back for the correct one was given 2 burgers then the staff came to my table and took the burger off my tray while I was eating without a saying anything to me very disrespectful

Expérience négative: They were negligent and made a HUGE mistake in the attestation paperwork. When we got to the SAAQ for the final test, we were turned away and were refused for testing due to errors on the attestation. When I got on the phone immediately with the secretary, she wanted me to fill in the missing paperwork and pretend nothing had happened. When I went straight to the office in Kirkland to have her fix their mistake, she had the audacity to suggest that WE should have known the paperwork was incomplete. At the suggestion of compensation for their negligence, my child's broken heart and shatteted confidence, and my loss of wages for now TWO days, the secretary looked positively dumbfounded that I should even ask. Honestly, a teenaged secretary should not have to deal with irate customers like myself. I asked for Wendy's number so I can speak to her myself and was refused. Any guesses as to whether or not Wendy will have the business sense to call me back? It has now been about 52 hours since I asked to have Wendy call me and I am STILL waiting. No surprise there!

Expérience fantastique: The burgers were really good. The drinks fit well in one hand, so both my instructor and myself could drink while driving. The fries were a little salty but hey, who couldn't use a little extra cholesterol? I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Nascar and Grease (the movie). Perfect 5/7.

Expérience négative: Their fees are OUTRAGOUS ,,for example to request just a photocopy of your passing the course,, they demand $56,, and that,s after paying more than $1,200 for the course. How they get away with it i will never know. It,s highway robbery !
