He didn't let me get away with any bad habits and was incredibly thorough in his teaching. For example, he made me practice parallel parking until I could do it perfectly every time. At first, I was a bit intimidated, but I soon realized that his strictness came from a place of genuine care and a desire to make me a safe driver.
