Le service fourni par Chrissy Lapointe était exceptionnel. Les cours étaient bien structurés et engageants, rendant le processus d'apprentissage agréable. Je recommande vivement Tecnic Access et Chrissy Lapointe à quiconque recherchant une école de conduite de premier ordre!

My daughter really enjoyed her driving experience with Hanan just before her exam at the SAAQ. She was able to help her with last minute advice and really prepared her for the road test which she passed successfully! We had a really positive experience with the staff at the Beaconsfield location. Thank you for the positive experience!

Expérience négative: Horrible customer service! They are unable to provide the services they offer. They have enrolled more students than they can handle, and as a result, there are not enough instructors to provide in-car lessons. Since my daughter signed up almost a year and a half ago, she has only been able to complete 2 in-car lessons! I am now trying to cancel the contract and get a refund, and I'm getting the run around. No return phone calls, my emails are unanswered, and I have spent hours on hold. Still no resolution!

Explains the different maneuvers that I was struggling with in a simple way that really helps you understand. Hanan is also very nice, I am going to try and schedule all my remaining classes with her.

With Covid, it was very hard to find availabilities for driving classes and he helped me finish all my classes in a month and a half after 2 years of having my learners license. He is very honest, very patient and he helped me deal with my anxiety on the road. Highly recommend!!

Expérience négative: The website doesn't work so it's impossible for me to schedule my own classes. No one answers the phone and it took a week for someone to answer my emails. I've been trying to book my driving session for over 2 weeks and still nothing. I just want to finish my course, if someone could help me i'd appreciate it.

Expérience négative: Très déçu du service à la clientèle de cette école... mon fils a commencé ses cours de conduite il y a près de 18 mois, il est impossible de schéduler ses 3 derniers cours pratiques. On lui offre au compte-goutte prétextant le Covid. Pourtant, certains élèves semblent être capables de schéduler plus d’un cours à la fois... on trouvera une autre école pour notre plus jeune!

It is impossible to book an ''in-Car'' lesson on the website and when you call the school directly, they have very little to no availability, even if you call two-three days after the 20th of the month. Very disappointing....

I was scared to start the long process to get a driving liscence because I had so many unanswered questions but the receptionist really went out of his way to explain every step of the process and how everything works. Never seen customer service like this! Can't wait to start my first lesson!
