Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment pris des cours de conduite avec Noura pour me préparer à mon examen de permis de conduire G dans le cadre de l'échange de mon permis de conduire d'un autre pays. Bien que j'aie plus de 20 ans d'expérience de conduite, j'ai trouvé que ses conseils et son attention aux détails étaient absolument fondamentaux pour assurer mon succès. Noura a une incroyable capacité à identifier les domaines à améliorer et à fournir des conseils clairs et pratiques, adaptés aux exigences de l'examen de conduite. Son approche calme et professionnelle m'a donné confiance, et grâce à ses conseils, j'ai réussi l'examen du premier coup. Je recommande vivement Noura à quiconque recherche un enseignement de conduite ciblé et efficace !

Expérience fantastique: Mes deux instructeurs, Assim et Noura, étaient tous deux formidables. Assim était très patient, il a pris le temps d'expliquer la sécurité des conducteurs et les règles de la route, ce qui m'a aidé en tant que conducteur débutant. L'approche calme de Noura a réduit mon anxiété et a renforcé ma confiance pendant mon test.

Les leçons étaient bien structurées, couvrant tous les aspects de la conduite safe de manière complète. Les options de planification flexibles et les véhicules modernes ont encore amélioré l'expérience globale. Fortement recommandé pour les nouveaux conducteurs cherchant une éducation approfondie et un soutien.

Expérience négative: Vous perdrez probablement du temps et de l'argent en venant ici. Les instructeurs détournent complètement leur attention des leçons pour se concentrer sur leurs téléphones, sont impolis, ne prennent pas le temps de s'assurer que vous comprenez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour l'examen, et écourtent délibérément les temps de leçon. Ils sont également désorganisés et mettent trop de temps à s'organiser avec vous.

Expérience négative: les enseignants sont inattentifs et peu fiables, et l'école ne compense pas les mauvaises leçons. Évitez de vous en approcher.

Expérience négative: Je donnerais zéro étoile si je le pouvais. Quelle blague absolue de 'école'. Ma femme s'est inscrite à leur forfait de dix cours + test routier, et Salim a été assigné comme son instructeur. Dès le premier jour, Salim était moins intéressé à lui enseigner et plus intéressé à avoir des conversations bruyantes et distrayantes sur son téléphone portable dans une langue étrangère avec sa famille à l'étranger. Comme nous le savons tous, avoir un quasi-inconnu qui crie à côté de vous dans une langue que vous ne comprenez pas est un excellent environnement pour quelqu'un qui apprend à conduire. Si seulement cela avait été le seul problème. Salim était également impatient, s'attendant à ce que son élève sache quelque chose sans jamais l'expliquer au départ. Il a fallu attendre 8 cours avant qu'il ne montre enfin - sur demande - comment allumer les phares de la voiture et utiliser les essuie-glaces. Nous avons appelé et informé All Star que leur instructeur était incompétent après 3 cours et que nous en voulions un nouveau. On nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres instructeurs disponibles et que Salim serait réprimandé pour son comportement. C'était un mensonge. Le comportement de Salim n'a pas changé. Après 8 leçons, nous en avions enfin assez et avons demandé un remboursement complet. À ce moment-là, on nous a dit que l'école ne pourrait rembourser que les deux derniers cours, et pour ce service, ils factureraient des frais de traitement de 50 $, 'non remboursables'. Nous n'avions jamais été informés de ce frais lors de l'inscription, alors qu'ils étaient tous trop heureux de prendre notre argent. Pour info, même si nous nous sommes inscrits à la succursale d'Oakville, cette réponse venait du bureau d'Étobicoke. Évitez à tout prix, cette entreprise a des instructeurs horribles et des pratiques de facturation prédatrices.

Expérience négative: my daughter just got her G2. She can say thank you to her mother, but certainly not to the driving school! It's almost impossible to have the 1st appointment!!! Then, both instructors were the champions to find excuses to cancel the hour ride. And one of them was even afraid to teach her to drive in the fog!!! The best thing to do is run away from this school. Otherwise, you will waste a lot of money and, above all, a lot of time...

Expérience négative: The instructors were extremely horrible. Most of the time, they didn't even respond to any messages and you had to call them every time to book a driving lesson. They also kept cancelling and rescheduling lessons and never following through with them. I had to try three different instructors to finally be able to finish my lessons! Rated to two stars only because I was somehow able to finish my lessons

Expérience fantastique: My in-class teacher was Natalie, she taught the class very well, always brought her dog kaylee, and made the classes more enjoyable, as we had many different activities, rather than simply the teacher talking the whole time. An example would be when we had a court case, or had small simulations of different situations. My in-car instructor was Shan. He was also very helpful with teaching me all of the fundamentals to driving on the road, which helped me pass my G2 test. He was very open with you and was always available to help answer any questions you had, even after you finished your paid hours.

Expérience fantastique: My driver instructor is Wasim. It was a very fun and I learned a lot lessons from him because he has great communication skills. He was also nice, funny and awesome at explaining things until he knew that I understood them.

He provides really good feedback and easiest method to park. He is "a bit funny". On a serious note, I was so scared before the test but I passed my G2. To be sincere it wasn't that hard, compare to all what people say. Goodluck !!!
