Expérience négative: pire expérience de service client. J'appelle pour obtenir des informations sur le renouvellement d'un contrat et je me fais littéralement crier dessus au téléphone par l'employé, Alex. Ce n'est pas la faute du client si elle passe une mauvaise journée et il n'y a aucune raison de crier sur un client.

Expérience positive: Moi j'adore cette école sur concorde secrétaire merveilleuse et mon prof de conduite adorable je me sent à bonne place quand j'y vais j'ai toujours hâte de faire mes cours jamais eu de problème

Expérience négative: Aucun professionnalisme , changement et modification de cours à la dernière minute, ne répondent pas au téléphone j'ai une très mauvaise expérience avec eux et j'ai dû changé d'école ce qui a coûté presque deux fois le prix pour passer mon permis. Je l'a recommandé pas.

Expérience positive: Watch out for their promotions ! Drivng classes for 928$ !!!!! Best teachers and receptionist (she is amazing !)

Expérience négative: Terrible place, not expensive but I can't even say that it's worth the price... Such terrible staff, there's a receptionist that is the most disrespectful human being I've ever dealt with in my life, incompetent teachers and one of my female classmates had to make a complaint about a teacher constantly placing his hand on her thigh while she was driving. Overall, avoid at all costs

Expérience négative: I would recommend you people avoid going to the school here in Pont-Viau, absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful secretary. Couldn't even look at her how disgusted i was with her attitude. Teachers are fine, if you have no choice to do your driving sessions in this location, do them and move on, don't expect anything else.

Expérience négative: The level of incompetence is outraging! The only secretary i met that was kind and knows how to do her job is no where to be seen and instead we are left with these secretaries that are clearly not qualified for the job! Every email i receive either has the wrong date for my appointment or the wrong names or times, which is just confusing more than anything! Not to mention that THEY canceled my class and did not even have the decency to call me to reschedule, i had to find out once i got to the school, and the secretary that was there wasn’t even able to answer my questions and gave me attitude !! Then came time to reschedule the appointments they removed and i had to wait 2 MONTHS before being able to do those classes ! DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL!!!

Expérience négative: Sincerely convinced the positive reviews were those of employees/their friends and family. Can't book a class for 2 months at a time. The instructor that taught theory spent 90% of class time on personal anecdotes and "wisdom" rather than material. Driving instructors were very questionable. Some spoke 0 English. Others did not respect sanitary measures (mask covered chin only with mouth and nose exposed) never saw anyone wipe the stirring wheel or levers of a car. Had a driver scream, yell, and curse the life out of a driver of another car who accidentally blocked a parking entry. Had another driver that spent 20 minutes of a single lesson on the phone with his brother. Would never recommend this school, seem to hire anybody.

Expérience négative: It smells horrible; it smells like cigarettes and smoke. I was never able to get in-car driving appointments for at least 2 months because they were overbooked. they open only at 11am, close for an hour from 2pm-3pm and then reopen at 6pm. how are school kids supposed to get to their courses when they finish school at 4? they don't have enough teachers to teach as well.

Expérience négative: Where should i start! This school is pitiful. Can't book a driving session for at least 2 months so they suggest you go to another transit school but you need to pay. How can a driving school close at 6 pm. Don't they know that kids have school and can only go driving after school. No organization whatsoever. Took about 3 months to finally get ahold of someone when they closed due to covid but the chomedy school was doing online classes during covid. Took a theory class at another school but they couldn't find the proof so had to redo it. When my daughter finally finished her courses, got her papers to go to the saaq but guess what. Someone already used the attestation number on my daughters sheet so she was unable to do her driving exam afyer driving go Sorel from Montreal because there was no availability in Montreal. When i asked for compensation; at least the 15$ i payed to take her in car driving lesson at another school because they had no place for at least 2 months; I was refused. Was not askjng for my day i took off work in order to take my daughter for her exam or the gas money to drive to Sorel. Just 15$. All in all just stay far away from this school.

Aucune organisations par rapport a la secrétaire , la communication laisse vraiment a desirer . J'ai hate de terminer mon cours avec cette compagnie parce que je ne suis pas satisfaite de ce qu'on ma offert comme service.

Expérience négative: Aucun service professionnel. Une fois vous payez la totalité des frais, bonne chance pour avoir des disponibilités pour finir vos cours. Zéro compétence. On vous raccroche au nez dès que vous appelez pour demander pourquoi on ne peut pas vous inscrire dans un cours. Trouvez-vous une vraie école de conduite.

Expérience négative: Very bad service, they always postpone the courses and they induce you in error to repeat the exam to pay multiple time. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Specially the Samson office.

Expérience négative: Honnêtement, horrible. Pas d'internet, et sal aux bouettes. Les profs théoriques sont plates, ils font seulement lire le Powerpoint et n'y ajoute rien. Les profs de conduites sont OK, le problème c'est que pour un, je vais conduire assez bien, mais pour l'autre c'est comme si je conduisait comme un malade mental. Leur façon de conduire est complètement différent prof par prof, comment ne veux-tu que je les satisfaits tous? J'ai fait les tours avec 3 profs, mais 1 seul était compétent à mon avis. Le pire c'est la femme arabe(?). Un moment elle me dit que lorsque je recommence d'une lumière rouge, je dois commencer lentement, et l'autre moment elle me dépêche pour aller full-on la milliseconde que la lumière va verte. Elle me dit d'être le plus proche possible de la ligne jaune, ensuite elle me crit après pour ne pas être au centre ou à la droite. Laquelle veux-tu que je fasse? En faite, c'est comme si elle ne savait pas parler, seulement crier. Elle m'avait fait vouloir quitter la conduite. Le gars était OK. Il faisait des jokes et il était fun à être avec, mais desfois ça me déconcentrait un peu sur la route. C'était ma faute puisque j'ai redu le dire que j'ai besoin d'un plus de concentation. Autre que ça, il expliquait bien et donnez de bons avis généraux. Desfois, il était au téléphone pendant le cours et je trouve pas ça très professionel... Le noir était le meilleur. Il était calme, ne parlait pas beaucoup et travaillait sur tes points faibles. Il nous apprenait de manière qu'on s'en souvienne très facilement et c'est avec lui que j'ai fait le plus de progrès. La seul chose qui était plate, c'est que son horaire de travaille n'allait pas toujours avec mes temps de disponibilité.

Expérience négative: I hate to give bad reviews but the lack of organization in this school is incredible, between the amount of classes that they cancelled due to bad scheduling to the driver couldn't find the keys to the car !!!!

Expérience fantastique: Very nice driving school. The management is always helpful and kind. They always send an email to remind you of your upcoming class. Its also very simple to schedule classes as it takes less then 5 mins. This is a great establishment that offers classes at an amazing price. Strongly recommend.

The inside is also quite spacious (comfortable area). Not only is the place comfy, but it is also really affordable! I strongly recommend this place!

Expérience négative: Service a la cliente execrable.Tres mauvaise organisation.Ils sont toujours melange.Seulement 2 profs sur la route donc rendez vous dans 2-3 mois.J ai fini par demander une attestation pour continuer avec tecnic.Je pari que ca avec va prendre du temps a avoir :) C est rare que je vais jusqu a la mais je songe serieusement a envoye une mise en demeure pour remboursement complet.

Expérience fantastique: What an amazing driving school !!! The secretaries are super friendly and you really feel welcomed once you walk in. The drivers are very patient and make you feel super relaxed.. especially on the highway. I never had any complaining to do as a student there. The price is cheap which i took advantage since most driving schools are very expensive. I would totally recommend this place to everybody. !!!
