Expérience fantastique: I am posting some great thanks to Tecnic Access at St. Anne de Bellevue. I just finished all my courses and in-car sessions, and passed road test at my first try. The instructor I was practicing with is excellent. He always tries to make student succeed, rather than simply finish his teaching task. The customer service lady is pretty, patient and nice. She fixed all my concerns properly and in time. I started from WIML and finished everything on time. Highly recommended to someone who is searching a driving school.

Expérience fantastique: I just had my first driving lesson here. I got updates ahead of time and explainations were clear. I had Hanan as my instructor, she is francophone, she was really helpful in correcting me in ways that did not stress me out.

Expérience fantastique: I recently reached out to Tecnic to set up what I had left of my driving courses since the management changed. Chloe was very kind, patient, helpful, and thorough in answering the questions I had. What I particularly appreciated was her transparency in explaining the process to me. All this to say, Tecnic's customer service has been incredible so far and I look forward to driving with them.

Expérience négative: My son liked his instructor and had all his appointments lined up nicely. Now they seem to have fired all the instructors and cancelled all the appointments. They phone me and say I have to book everything all over again. When I ask for the old time, they say they already gave it to someone else. They are so rude about it too. If my son is late for a class they want to fine him, but they can do whatever they want to us, no consequences. Can't believe people would run a business this way. New owners are running it into the ground.

Expérience négative: New management is terrible. Driving school was bought by new people who don't care about the customers, are letting the building fall apart, and threw out all the exisiting appointments. Terrible.

Expérience fantastique: This is a great school! I took their driving course and it was very informative. I learned a lot and felt very confident behind the wheel by the end. The instructors were great and I would recommend this school to anyone!

Expérience fantastique: I started at WIML in August 2021, and just passed my road test on the first try! My first in-car lesson here was my first time in the driver's seat, and less than a year later I'm driving everywhere and feel confident behind the wheel. Steven and Candice are amazing and make even theory classes engaging and fun. In-car lessons give you so many useful tips in so little time - I actually started writing down the corrections I got after classes so I'd remember all of them :P. Due to covid restrictions, the school was forced to cancel or restructure appointments a few times. They were always very flexible and accommodated my schedule to find a time that worked for everyone. I fully recommend this driving school, thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Expérience fantastique: I was with this school for the entire year and a boy past a year. They did everything in their power to make sure you pass. All the teachers in online and in car are amazing and super nice and I promise you will have a blast learning here. I passed first try with both my exams. It goes to show that they are truly amazing at teaching and that they love what they do. I 10/10 recommend this school. I’ll miss everyone there. (Especially Candice) ;)

At my previous school I could never get any appointments, but when I transferred here, Steven scheduled all my appointments with one phone call so that I could finish as soon as possible. The in car sessions and theory classes are also very informative!

Expérience fantastique: I cannot recommend WIML enough; after two frustrating years at another driving school where I couldn't get in car sessions and my emails were being ignored, I needed to find someone else to help me; and WIML was there, if I could describe them in one word, it would be accommodating. I was working full time, 5 days a week until late, and with the help of the amazing team of instructors, I was in and out within a couple of months (only had part of phase 3 and phase 4 left to do). I learned so much with Candace and Andrew and the theory classes are engaging and really great. I went from Ile-Bizard to Saint-Anne's, for classes, just because of how great they are! Thank you so much Steven and the team for all your help, I appreciate you guys so much!

My teacher Candice ended up teaching me a lot of important rules of the road! Because of her i drive safely, patiently and with a lot of confidence! Expérience négative: Thx for the feedback, it's unfortunate you the owner do not follow up on your commitments, regardless of what has transpired. We can go back and forth all day, you dropped the ball. Instead of stating contract dates you should have made the effort. Not my fault all yours, trust me when I say if I find my outdated email where I asked I will post them for you.

Expérience fantastique: Passed my road test today, wanted to come back and leave some kind words. Teachers are tough but they make sure you understand everything. Candice helped me out a lot preparing for my road test, and despite my nervousness I passed with a perfect 100. Would recommend this school

My daughter transfered to this school after having been a number at another local school where it took months to book just one appointment. After speaking with Steven, the owner, we did the transfer and he scheduled all of her appointments right up to her driving test that same evening, I felt it was nothing short of a miracle. Along the way I've had some more questions and a particular situation to deal with. Steven has answered all of my questions within minutes! My daughter has had Candice as her driving teacher. She is totally at ease driving with her and very patient and kind. I honestly would give this driving school more stars if I could. I decided to change to this school because I was stuck at another school for a long time and struggled to get any in car sessions and when I did it was only one every other week. The second I transferred I instantly regretted not starting off with this school. The staff are amazing and genuinely they care about your progress with driving and want to see you succeed. Steven is the one I spoke to on the phone when switching schools. He was very calm and had good sense of humor which makes you feel comfortable. If ever you get Candice or Fuwad for in car sessions, consider yourself lucky! Both are very cool and give you amazing tips for driving. There wasn’t a moment where I felt nervous or uncomfortable with those two, they made it an amazing environment to learn. They also help you with booking appointments at the saaq if you are unsure of how to do so. I would recommend this school to anyone who is starting their driving lessons! You are only prolonging the agony of your students if you disfavour unvaccinated students, going through a year of driving classes alone is torture. Just refund your students if you people are just going to cancel the classes just because the students chose not to be vaccinated. DON'T YOU DARE DICTATE PEOPLE WHAT TO DO!!! Just refund the unvaccinated students if you are just going to keep putting off the classes. I AM NOT IMPRESSED. AT ALL.

Just a great place to learn how to drive safely and out-does the “competition”. Lmao imagine thinking they have competition, just imagine.

I've been with the school for a long time, the staff and teachers have not only been great in their instruction, but also immensely supportive throughout what was a sometimes nerve wracking experience. All in all, I recommend anybody who wants an extremely high quality service, and to really learn from what I consider the best, this school should be your choice.

Expérience fantastique: Super friendly staff, very understanding with scheduling/rescheduling. Very easy to get a hold of someone, their phone is open just about 24/7. Always go out of their way to make sure that you get appointments that fit your schedule. Highly recommend.

Expérience négative: Both of my sons went here but the second experience left a lot to be desired. They were very difficult to reach and took very long to respond but if you were 5 minutes late for theory you were shut out from the class and if you were 5 minutes late for driving they would not contact you even though you lived practically next door and would cancel your driving and charge you for the hour. Several of my sons' friends had similar experiences. Cannot recommend anymore.

Was told they'd reply back to book, every time, but they never responded. Wasted 2 months of my time when I could have booked elsewhere. Their goal is to make sure you'll be able to pass your driving exam and they make it perfectly clear the steps you need to take to reach that goal. Multiple times they went out of their way to help me get all of my courses in before a road test I booked a little prematurely so much so that I still cannot believe everything worked out. Steven is super accommodating and will help you get what you need done. Every instructor I had was super straight forward to me about my mistakes. I can also give praise to the fact that I had my license pretty much right on time despite the global pandemic. If you live in the area you have literally no reason to choose another school. I have nothing but positive things to say about this school and I recommend it to everyone thinking about starting a driving course.

They are fun, interactive and pleasant to be around, they've created an open, high energy place for learning. You also don't drive around Sainte- Anne de Bellvue for the 60 hours of in car lessons you will take. They encourage and take you to new, difficult and educating places for driving. Making you that much more equipped for your life long skill of driving a car. Wiml: Most enriching, fair, and safe driving school. Their communication is spot on as well. Vroom Vroom!

They make sure that you feel comfortable, supported and at ease so that you leave the most confident driver that you can be. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and very accommodating with scheduling. 10/10 would recommend!

As such, I did pass on my first try, and Steven’s teaching method was to commend for this achievement.
