Expérience fantastique: Mezo est de loin la meilleure instructrice de conduite avec qui j'ai jamais pris de cours. Elle est compétente et soutenante, avec un style de communication clair. Au fil des ans, j'ai pris des sessions de conduite avec d'autres instructeurs et ma peur de conduire m'a poussé à abandonner à chaque fois. J'ai eu la chance de trouver Mezo en lisant ces avis. Avec Mezo, ce fut une expérience complètement différente. Dès la première session, elle m'a aidé à développer ma confiance en expliquant d'abord tout en théorie, puis en pratiquant tous ces concepts avec moi sur la route. Je ne me suis pas senti submergé par de nouvelles informations car elle a tout enseigné étape par étape et je pouvais voir mes progrès à chaque session. Grâce à elle, j'ai réussi mon examen G2 du premier coup ! Je ne peux pas la recommander assez.

Expérience fantastique: My instructor was Imtiaz and she was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and easy to understand. She explained everything well before driving and made sure to let me know what I was doing wrong and what I was doing right. We practiced all the required things for my g2 test and I only had 10 hours with her but still passed my g2 test on my first try. She always reminded me to check my blind spots thats why I did very well on my test. I would definitely recommend her if you want someone who explains everything visually and theoretically and helps you get your g2.

Expérience fantastique: My trainer was Basil. He did an excellent job. At the beginning I felt he was harsh with me but I soon realized it was for my own good. I had never driven prior to training with him but he taught me so well, all the road rules, signs etc. He was just simply excellent in imparting knowledge. He's also very patient and easy to talk to. I was a bit skeptical to book my test when i was good to go but he encouraged me and said he thinks I'm ready. On the day of my test, I almost canceled at the last minute because I felt I wasn't ready for that day, he encouraged me to continue and just do it. I passed!! I didn't believe myself though I knew I had learnt enough to make me pass the test. Basil is a wonderful trainer and I'll recommend him to everyone. My kids are coming to train with him too. After 3 lessons and 4 hours with Basil she is now confident to drive in downtown Ottawa and on the highway alone. He’s very professional and explains where you need to focus on your driving skills. On my road test day, I found out that my car’s battery died due to the extreme cold weather. I called Basil only 2hrs before my G road test in case the battery boost didn’t work and I was going to request him for the test day package. Even though it was a very last minute request, he made himself available. Thankfully, my car was good for the test and I passed my G road test! Thank you so much for your teaching and support.

Not only does he believe that the secret behind a good driver is through increasing a driver's confidence but his philosphy with regards to driving also contends that drivers should have fun driving. Basil is a very chill instructor, is very experienced, and definately has a talent for teaching. Basil does not just teach the techniques of driving kinaesthetically but also has a washable board where he first teaches the technique visually by drawing. No doubt, he is a instructor that genuinely wants to see his students succeed in their driving tests and will accomadate your schedule. He will tell you exactly what your issues are after every driving lesson and then will spend a suficient amount of time praciticing them with you in your subsequent driving lesson until you are comfortable with them. Moreover, his method of teaching serves for all learners, visual, kinestatic, auditory etc. I would definately highly reccomend getting lessons from Five Stars.

I felt confident going into my test and passed, thanks to Basil!

Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend this school to anyone who's learning to drive at any level! I had the most spectacular experience with this school! I was a nervous driver and had a not so great experience with a previous instructor who made me more nervous behind the wheel. Basil was the most patient and understanding instructor I've ever encountered. He knew exactly how to teach me what I needed to know and was adaptable whenever I was nervous ! He made me feel confident behind the wheel and even as I was so nervous before my G2 test, he was able to find a way to give me the confidence I needed to pass on my first attempt! If you go to another school, you're doing yourself a disservice. Trust me, no one will teach you better than the teachers found at this school! Thank you Basil for your help!
