Expérience négative: Non accommodant et ne se soucient vraiment que de l'argent que vous leur donnez. Avant même que je prenne ma première leçon avec elle, Tina U m'a constamment poussé à réserver une date d'examen parce qu'elle voulait garder « l'emploi du temps clair pour l'examen » même quand je lui ai dit que je n'étais pas sûr de quand je serais prêt pour l'examen, surtout sans les leçons au préalable. Je me sentais coincé avec elle, surtout puisque j'avais déjà payé le montant du forfait. Mon instructeur était souvent sur son téléphone pendant que je conduisais, m'a à peine donné des retours, a insisté pour que je pratique séparément de ses leçons alors qu'elle savait que je n'avais pas de voiture disponible ou de conducteur G2 accompagnant. Je lui ai demandé deux fois de m'envoyer des retours écrits sur lesquels me concentrer à la maison entre mes leçons, mais elle n'a jamais vraiment répondu malgré le fait qu'elle ait dit qu'elle le ferait. Son comportement le jour de l'examen était très peu accueillant et froid. Elle savait probablement que j'allais échouer, mais son comportement non empathique le jour de l'examen laissait vraiment à désirer. J'ai vu d'autres candidats avec leurs instructeurs qui les encourageaient pendant le test de conduite et restaient avec eux tout au long du processus, et je regrette de ne pas avoir choisi quelqu'un d'autre qu'elle. Je ne suis pas sûr si c'était du racisme ou le fait que je ne respectais pas la « pratique à domicile » pour elle, ou que parfois j'étais en retard de quelques minutes pour ma leçon parce que je venais de Waterdown pour ses leçons, mais je ne recommanderais à aucun nouvel arrivant de prendre des leçons avec elle. Peut-être qu'elle est plus gentille avec d'autres Asiatiques, mais pas avec les Asiatiques du Sud-Est.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu le plaisir de prendre des cours avec Tina pour mon g2. Avant d'aller chez Tina, j'étais anxieux à l'idée de conduire. Elle est formidable, calme et très patiente, son aide m'a permis de renforcer ma confiance et de me sentir mieux au volant. J'ai réussi mon g2 du premier coup grâce à Tina ! Je la recommanderais à quiconque souhaite prendre des leçons !

J'ai eu une expérience unique avec Tina et je suis tellement reconnaissant qu'elle ait été là pour me guider dans ce parcours. Expérience fantastique: Je ne peux pas dire assez de bonnes choses sur l'école de conduite ABC. J'ai fait les 30 heures en ligne pour la partie théorique et je n'ai rencontré aucun problème. Tout était très bien expliqué et facile à comprendre. Les 10 heures de leçons de conduite étaient géniales. Tina était mon instructrice de conduite et elle était absolument incroyable. Elle m'a aidé à retrouver ma confiance et à me sentir à l'aise derrière le volant à nouveau. J'ai également réservé la leçon pré G2 avant mon examen et j'ai réussi mon G2 du premier coup ! Merci beaucoup Tina ! Je la recommande vivement si vous voulez une personne détendue, amusante et patiente à côté de vous. Je vais appeler pour mon test de leçon pré G ! :)

Expérience négative: After changing my school from ABC and getting another instructor, i realized how scammed i was.my last instructor missed so many critical informations on purpose. I will forever stop anyone i know from signing up in this school.

No physical locations (according to person who answered)? Yeah, I don't think so... As they say, if it sounds like something is fishy, and they act like something is fishy, then something is probably fishy...

Expérience fantastique: Before I met my phenomenal instructor Tina U., I was a nervous driver who had been stuck at G1 level for years and had failed a G2 exam. Tina’s patient and effective approach helped me improve my driving techniques, build confidence behind the wheel, and get my G2 and G licenses. I trust Tina so much that I would love for my daughter to become her student when she is old enough to drive.

Expérience négative: I called to ask some questions regarding their packages. I can honestly say I have never had such poor customer service. They did not call back as promised, when I called back, the REP wouldn't let me get a word in, and then hung up when he finished speaking. When I called back (unfortunately I got him) he said 'I cannot give you any information everything you need is on the website." Suffice it to say I called a different school.

I would highly recommend their services for both beginners as well as for people who have been driving for a while but need to get lessons for a Ontario license

Expérience fantastique: Jake is a wonderful and very professional Driving Instructor. A fantastic Instructor for all levels of driving. My husband had not driven a car in over twenty years so he was nervous...Jake really gave him confidence and was honest with what needed to be worked on. I had dealt with a different company that said they could accomadate for weekend driving lessons...for three weeks my husband and I got the run around to the point that I requested a refund. At that time the person told me that because the drivers are independently contracted and because I requested weekends she says she has no control over appointments and I would have a hard time finding any company to accomadate my needs. It was all terrible excuses. I called ABC Driving school and Jake answered all of my questions and he was willing to do an online debit transaction. The company is very official ( car has ABC Driving posted on the vehicle). Jake is not independently contracted so you can count on him. Jake showed up promptly (most times early) and he communicates very well through text. I had lost my confidence because of the dealings with a different driving school...Jake made everything easy. He is very personable. I read google reviews, I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them (I didn't want to get ripped off again so I was a tough customer for Jake lol). And my husband will gladly call Jake when he finally goes for his G next year (yay!). And I will call Jake when I finally get the nerve and time to start driving. I would recommend Jake to anyone that is looking for a great Instructor.

I had a very fun, energetic and comedic in class teacher named Mark which helped to make the class much more enjoyable. My in class driver was named Imran. He was an excellent instructor, great at teaching all sorts of different maneuvers, very friendly and overall a great experience with the company.

Everything is a fight with them. They do not respect teenagers - at all. Happy we do not have any more kids - certainly would NOT use ABC. If you decide to use ABC, be wary of working with Tony (instructor). Not trustworthy.

First time I had my road lesson with him I realized how important it was. Even though I have been driving for almost 20 years in Brazil , I didn’t know about Canadian rules. He will take you to highway, teach you roadside stop, parallel parking, three point turn and much more... I got my G license last week and thanks to him the road test looked as a joke. Thanks Tony Q! After 2 attempts at trying to pass my highway test independently (without the assistance of a driving school), I finally smartened up and called TonyQ. During my in-car lessons, he immediately corrected bad driving habits and helped me become the calm and confident driver during my road test.
