Expérience négative: Ne choisissez pas cette auto-école. Le cours en ligne est terrible, tant en termes de plateforme que de contenu, et aucun soutien n'est offert par Perfect Driving. Omar refuse de me parler à ce sujet ou de travailler avec moi pour trouver une solution. Tout problème : ce n'est pas le problème d'Omar. Très mauvaise communication.

C'est l'endroit où aller si vous voulez de bonnes opportunités d'apprentissage et une très bonne expérience pratique. Omar est le meilleur, il est très gentil et amical. Il ne vous fera pas peur ou nerveux au volant, il prend les choses calmement et vous enseignera lentement la conduite appropriée. Il est exceptionnellement informé sur tout ce qui concerne la route et la conduite, et il vous donnera également les meilleurs conseils et astuces qu'il a accumulés au fil des années d'expérience. Expérience négative: Service client tellement peu professionnel, il ne sait même pas ce qu'il fait. Je les ai juste appelés pour savoir quand je pouvais réserver mes cours de conduite en voiture pour mon cours de BDE. L'homme ne savait même pas parler anglais et avait du mal avec mes questions basiques. Mauvais choix de recrutement. Juste pour référence, j'ai appelé à 14h10 le 10 juin 2024 au cas où vous voudriez réellement agir contre ce type. Il a montré une attitude inutile et parlait comme : 'Eh bien, si vous avez trouvé un endroit moins cher, alors allez-y et n'appelez plus ici.' Honnêtement, je n'ai même pas appelé pour parler du prix, si je pouvais avoir mes cours de conduite en voiture le plus tôt possible, cela serait suffisant. Mais il a commencé à parler de paiement et de la manière dont je voudrais payer. Si vous voulez être traité comme une ordure après avoir dépensé autant d'argent, alors c'est l'école de conduite à fréquenter.

Sa profondeur de connaissance et ses explications claires ont rendu l'apprentissage pour le test de conduite beaucoup plus facile. Expérience fantastique: Let me start with what skill level I was at before taking courses with this amazing establishment. I started with driving skills only limited to Mario Kart, bumper cars and the occasional racing arcade games- all of which I always managed to place last in. I had done two half hour sessions with my brother in a parking lot a year before to learn how to start and park which I had forgotten two months later. In comes Perfect Driving School. Within five one-hour sessions that was spread throughout the month, I was able to get my g2 on first try. Honestly I'm still amazed I even got a g2. My only advice is to start in car instruction one month before your booked test date. Other than that, great place, great instructor.
