Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu une bonne expérience avec eux. M. Matthew a été d'une grande aide le jour de mes examens. Il m'a donné beaucoup de bons conseils qui m'ont aidé à réussir mes examens.

Expérience négative: C'est la pire école de conduite, c'est extrêmement mal organisé. Ils prennent trop d'élèves… et quand tu essaies de réserver un cours, tu ne trouves rien à part des dates lointaines, ce qui te retarde dans ta pratique, tes cours, donc te retarde pour l'obtention de ton permis. Il te charge en plus si tu te retardes ou qu'il t'arrive un imprévu, ils ne sont aucunement compréhensifs. Ils veulent juste amasser de l'argent. Par contre quand c'est eux qui annulent dernière minute, cela m'est arrivée plusieurs fois avec eux, tu ne reçois rien. Eux peuvent se le permettre et on doit se montrer compréhensif, alors que quand c'est l'inverse, ils ne veulent rien entendre! Aujourd’hui je vais me présenter pour mes 2hrs de conduite cédulées, et ils me disent sur place que c’est annulé!! et que tous les autres cours à venir pour lesquelles j’ai pris du tps à ceduler selon leurs disponibilités limitées ainsi que les miennes, sont également annulées!!! que je devrais tout receduler. Biensûr oubliez un dédommagement pour tous ces inconvénients que cette école cause, oubliez même de simples excuses. Quand j’ai demandé au moniteur Mr Nabil, qui était sur place, pourquoi c’est annulé, il m’a répondu avec total mépris «qu’il avait d’autres choses à faire ». Seriously Run from this school, a lot of better driving schools around! They only care about money, they have zero respect for clients and students.
Expérience fantastique: Mon fils a commencé à cette école l'année dernière et j'ai eu la MEILLEURE expérience avec Anita qui est extrêmement utile pour répondre à toutes les questions que nous avions, fixer des rendez-vous, etc. Un bon service client est difficile à trouver ces derniers temps, donc lorsque nous recevons un service EXCEPTIONNEL, il doit être mis en avant ! Anita est un ATOUT pour l'entreprise ! Merci !

Expérience fantastique: C'était mon école de choix si j'étais resté dans la région ! Tout le monde là-bas est incroyablement gentil et serviable ! Je veux remercier Nadia (désolé si je l'ai mal orthographié) et Anita pour avoir fait des efforts considérables. Anita m'a contacté proactivement pour que je puisse vérifier si mon examen SAAQ avait été annulé, afin que je ne perde pas d'argent à cause d'une annulation de location de dernière minute ! I appreciate you taking the time to address my concerns, even though , using your own quote below “we have trouble taking your concern seriously”. However, I must express my disappointment with the manner in which you have chosen to respond. While I understand that you may have a different perspective on the situation, it is important to maintain professionalism and respect when engaging with your students and not twisting facts and provide misrepresented information. Firstly, I would like to clarify that I never claimed to be a "rule breaker” That statement was actually made by one of your instructors, and it is disheartening to see that you have misrepresented my words. And twisted facts. It is concerning that instead of addressing the issues I raised, you have chosen to focus on personal attacks and distortions of the truth. Like me I quote “ money blackmailing you”, which never took a place, but a simple request for not provided services. Furthermore, I find it troubling that you have chosen to dismiss my concerns about the instructors' punctuality, their inappropriate behavior of taking me to McDonald's during lessons, and the malfunctioning air conditioning in the vehicle while raining weather etc. These are valid issues that should have been addressed and resolved in a professional manner. It’s a pity that you react only after google reviews and care only about school reputation but not about providing services. Regarding the last incident it is important to note that this was not an isolated event. I had previously brought up other instances where my concerns were ignored. It is disappointing that you have chosen to prioritize your reputation over the well-being and satisfaction of your students. Your response to my Google review further reinforces this disregard for providing quality services. I would like to address the quotes you mentioned. The instructor did indeed say, "You are a waste of my time," and made inappropriate comments based on appearance etc, that was discriminatory. And you are well aware that words of other student cannot be taken into account as he already left when instructor started his insult . These comments were unprofessional and uncalled for. It is disheartening that you have chosen to defend such behavior instead of acknowledging and rectifying it. In light of these issues, I believe it is only fair that I receive compensation for the subpar services I have received. Additionally, an apology for the discouraging, badgering, and twisting of comments would be appropriate. It is my hope that you will take these concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to improve your services and address the behavior of your instructors. Please think twice before bringing your minors to this so called driving school as instead of driving experience your child might end up dealing with “you are waste of my time” type of comments from so-called instructors who never bother themself to teach driving but prefer turning the lesson into their therapeutic class at your own expense. Unprofessional, rude and entitled instructors who either come late and/or leave early and instead of making driving related comments tell you “the story of their life” or their “precious” opinions on politics, strikes, emigration etc ., and are leaving comments like “you are waste of my time” and everything for your own money!! Driving program is not respected, it’s rather “today I’m in the mood of driving there” - kind of lesson; stuff is more interested in keeping you at school and prevent from cancelling contract rather then provide a solution and return you your money. When opening the topic about reimbursement of costs for the not provided/poorly provided services - school administration is just ignorant. Worst school ever.
Hi Olena, Thank you for taking the time to write us. We are sorry you were not pleased with your experience at our school. Please know that we tried our best to accommodate you. We went above and beyond with your requests of wanting to be with specific instructors at specific times and to try and make you as happy as possible. We confronted our teachers about the issues you previously mentioned. Now, there was one specific thing that was recurrent after each conversation with them. They all mentioned your inability to take criticisms. You did warn us about it by saying and I quote "I am a rule breaker, not a rule taker". You had also said that "you knew you were not the easiest person to deal with". We decided to investigate this situation further by calling the other student you were paired with on your lesson 12 & 13. That way, we would have a different perspective and a better understanding of what had happened.The student was very cooperative and went on about how it went. He said everything went well with the teacher when he drove, but when it was your turn to drive, it became contentious. As per the student, the teacher would point out errors such as missing blind spots or not being able to make a proper stop. You would argue with him claiming you were not doing anything wrong. After an hour of back-and-forth argumenting with a professional whose job is to teach you, especially with another student in the car, we understand how this could've been a stressful experience for everyone involved. The other student did not think the teacher was unprofessional or inappropriate but instead, showed great restraint. He may have been a bit more forceful with his words, but this was because you would simply not listen or take any criticism. he also told us that he thought his life was in danger and was thankful for the teacher. He then proceeded to tell us that you were not able to maintain the car in a straight line and that lane changes were a struggle. Never did the teacher yell or raise his voice. Yes, he was sterner as you refused to listen. According to him, the teacher did not say you were a waste of his time, but he did tell you he didn’t want you as a student anymore and that if you continued to drive the way you did in that lesson, you would not pass the exam at the SAAQ. Which you replied with "I did not hit any pedestrian or have any accident". Those are not standards anyone should stand by. Unfortunately Olena, based some of your actions and your repeated behavior, our teachers feedback and the other student’s perspective, we have a hard time taking your complaints seriously. We don’t think it's fair for you to shame our school that way, on multiple platforms, and lets not forget blackmailing us for money, because your perception is skewed by your lack of being able to accept and learn from others. Our instructors were not able to "follow the program" because it would have been irresponsible of them to put you on a highway or to advance you through the program if you were not ready. You had a hard time accepting that due to your lack of practice, the overview of the lessons would sometimes take up to 10 minutes of your time. Which is part of the learning process. For us to avoid being "Unprofessional" would have meant lying to you saying you are doing well. Our teachers are well within their rights as instructors. It is their job to make sure the future users of the roads are safe. The teacher’s criticisms are made to be constructive. Not to be taken as a personal assault. To quote you once again, you are a "30 years old grown women" We shouldn't have to tell you all that. With all that being said, your contract has already been canceled and we will not be refunding any services that has already been rendered. Your incomplete attestation is ready to be picked up at our office during opening hours. Good luck at your new school! Tecnic Access team

Expérience fantastique: Just started with the school and the experience is amazing. They always [ most of the time ] schedule lessons according to your availabilities even for theory classes phase 1 . Some schools have specefic days but with Access you choose. Nabil is a very good instructor and takes his job very seriously. One thing I recommend is canceling before 24h with fees is a little too harsh on your students Recommend for any future driver

Expérience fantastique: Karan is guaranteed the best instructor i’ve ever had. Today i completed my class 5 course at access and I can’t be more satisfied. Karan takes the times with you and gives you tricks that you get to use to your advantage to make yourself a better driver. He has a great personality and super easy to talk to he doesn’t stress you out he guides you. And i can’t thank him enough for the final class at access it really completed my journey with access. Overall the school is great the cars are most of the time in top shape and the customer service you get is exceptional they’re really there to help you out. Anita at the front desk had an absolutely incomparable customer service that made you leave with a smile on your face every time. You’re all amazing and thank you for providing the best experience for a driving school, there really isn’t anywhere better

Expérience fantastique: An absolutely incredible experience. I was very nervous at first but everyone at the driving school was very accommodating and helpful, and helped me gain confidence behind the wheel. Mr. Karan, my driving instructor, was especially helpful in teaching me the rules and regulations of driving in Quebec. He's a gem of a human being and would 10/10 recommend taking lessons from him! When entering the Tecnic premises, I was greeted by a very kindhearted Anita, who was extremely accommodating and kindly answered any and all questions I had (I asked a lot of questions!) with ease and with a big smile on her face. These two people really made my experience an excellent one! The investment is worth a lifetime of driving safely, highly recommend to come here!

Expérience positive: I paid for somebody in my family for 2 hours standard/manual transmission driving class and we've got 1.5 hours only. The reason was that the student was too good. Really? After only 1.5 hours was too good for another 30 minutes? Disappointed by this experience but I think it's because of the instructor. A couple of years ago we had a person doing the full training in the same place and was a very pleasant experience. So, I guess, no place is perfect.

Expérience fantastique: Hannan is very calm and patient. For someone who has anxiety driving. She made me feel really comfortable. I feel less anxious when i drive now. I took five hours with her before my driving test and I passed. I would definitely recommend her. She is great!

Expérience fantastique: Started my lessons in January of 2021 and got my license a year and a half later! When I started to slack, they would get on me and continued to motivate me up until the moment I walked in the SAAQ to do my exam. The instructors are AMAZING! The front desk staff are patient, kind and understanding! 12/10 experience.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been taking all my classes with Charlie Pizzuco.I always ask for him because he makes me feel so comfortable and with a person with ADHD i can be a handful.He makes me feel like i can do it and encourage me even when i make mistakes.I feel sometimes so down but he encourages me that i can do it and im so happy that he is my only instructor.I will not take anybody else but him.I feel like he doesnt get the recognition that he deserves.Charlie Thankyouu.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been going to this driving school for a while now and not often do I connect with my instructor and feel totally at ease but with Karan, I feel so confident & good about myself and my driving skills. Expérience fantastique: Great driving school. My instructor Adnan explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. Adnan knew that I haven't driven in a long time, so he adjusted the course appropriately and taught me a lot. At the end of the class, he went over everything I would need to work on for me to improve. I would definitely take another in-car session with him again!

Expérience fantastique: Hanan is the best instructor that ive ever had. She is the best at her job and this job is made for her. Theres not one thing she needs to improve on. Also, this William guy is great and so helpful. He helped me through my whole course of driving. If you ever need help with anything and you feel you don't know something, hit my guy up, he knows whatsup. I couldn't ask for a better driving school.

Expérience fantastique: Tecnic-Access is a great school! The staff was nice; despite the pandemic, they were very accommodating when it comes to booking the lessons. I had a few in car sessions with William, and he gave great feedback during the lessons which helped me for my exam! I highly recommend :D

Expérience fantastique: If you need a good instructor, try to schedule with Pizzuco Charly, he’s the best:( I scheduled about 5 sessions not knowing if he’s nice or whatsoever, then when I had my first session with him, he was very nice and would always make me repeat my mistakes that helped me learn faster. You won’t be stressed, he will speak to you and not only talk about driving. He makes driving more fun and you actually learn a lot in less than 45 minutes:)

Expérience fantastique: I was scheduled for my session 12-13 but the teacher I was assigned was not able to come so Nabil stayed after his shift and agreed to be my teacher for session 12-13. It was a very good experience, Nabil answered all my questions, he was very patient, gave very useful tips, its a very fun lesson with him. I would recommend this teacher to anybody in a heartbeat.

Adnan Fahed, Fred and Marie-Claude were some of the instructors that I had the pleasure of being taught by most frequently and they were very good and knowledgeable. They helped improve my driving a lot. I was able to pass both knowledge and road tests from the first try due to the excellent information, techniques, and tips given by the school. Expérience fantastique: I had a wonderful experience with Hanan and she was very nice and straight forward with everything. They won't let you go home with out telling you your mistakes. Expérience fantastique: Although I transferred in this school during my last phase of driving, I really appreciate their accommodations. The staff is really nice and I really liked my last driving session with Mr. Charlie. He reminded me the important things to remember during the road test and I was able to pass the exam thanks of these reminders. Really recommend this driving school!

Expérience négative: Do not waste your breath on this place. They teach you nothing, waste your time and money, and string you along during the whole process. I have not regretted any decision as much as enrolling here. Please, save your money and time for something better.

I've taken most of my in-car lessons with Charly Pizzuco, and I can honestly state that his classes are both entertaining and educational. I really like the way he teaches since he goes into great depth about how to improve my driving abilities while still providing a really pleasant environment. I look forward to my classes with him every time. As I reach toward the completion of my driving classes, I'm hoping to have Charly as my instructor for the remainder of my in-car sessions.
