Fantastic experience: Pro six cycle came recommended to me by a friend after I have had nothing but problems starting my sons brand new 2024 Yamaha PW50. I hadn’t received anything support from Yamaha or the dealer ship and was feeling very defeated as the summer has passed us and we hadn’t got much use out of the NEW bike I was starting to think maybe I just sell the bike. I sent a long message explaining our story to the Pro Six Cycle staff hoping they could help as I was feeling this was my last resort. My experience far surpassed my expectations the Staff was so kind and so helpful I must admit I felt as if I had known them for ever, it really felt like I was part of something like family. They not only fixed the problem they showed me some tips to keep the bike running well and really took the time to go through things with me. Their kindness to me and my son will always be remembered and I definitely without hesitation will recommend Pro Six Cycle to other fellow riders. Fantastic experience: I bought a brand new 2017 Yamaha R3. Took it here since day one for oil changes, coolant and break fluid changes and bike ran like new until I sold it this year in 2024. I also made a huge mistake and broke off a spark plug which could have ruined my engine. To be conservative they quoted 8 hours to fix (worse case). Ended up charging me 2 hours and bike ran perfectly. I've also ordered parts like exhaust etc and parts came in as described and in a timely manner. I trust these guys 100%. ️

Fantastic experience: I'm new to the motorcycle life and have a ton of questions - was recommended this place by a friend and took some time to check it out, very glad I did! this place has everything you need, and on top of that amazing customer service. both times I've visited I worked with a lovely lady named Trish who helped me with absolutely everything I needed. when trying on helmets, not only was she knowledgeable about the product and what meets my needs (both feature wise and financially), but she also made sure that I looked as cool as I could and was sure to let me know it! It's scary to enter the motorcycle realm as a woman but having such an amazing staff member help me out who understood me and made me comfortable makes Pro 6 Cycle my go to place to shop for my bike needs. I cannot emphasize enough how much her help enhanced my experience. I will be telling all my biker friends to shop and service here!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service. They took my bike in the same day I called regarding installation of my new Michelin tires. The gentleman at the front desk and the other guy I think the manager very nice and polite. Dropped the bike In the morning and couple hours later they called me to pick it up. The bike ride smooth and the tech didn’t damage my hp4 tires. Will come back for more service. Thank you again guys.

Fantastic experience: After going down on the 400 after a different toronto shop disconnected my horn and charged me to fix a shaking mirror (which was not fixed at all) during their horrible dyno tuning it I took my bike to pro 6. They reconnected my horn and did what they could to repair the damage to the pedals. If you go on a Saturday you can drop in and they charged me half an hour of labour. 50$ plus tax. About 1 tenth what the other shop charged me. And ******* ruined the bike with their tune then came to my home to vandalize it a month later (they have my address). The position isn’t quite right on the pedal but they did the best they could do. The guy even cleaned my visor while I was there . They were nice and fair. Wish I’d gone here first. These guys care about your safety.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things to say about Pro6cycle. All of them are super organized, honest and professional. I have an issue with my front wheel hopping, and rather than just trying to upsell me on replacing the tire they suggest I take it to a dirt bike shop that can re-true a spoked wheel first to see if it fixes it, and if not I can come back and change the tire. They also did my brake caliper seals and have swapped tires for me in the past. Really great shop and great team all around. Shop rate is reasonable in my opinion, especially because the owner works on the bikes in the back himself, you get peace of mind any work done on your bike is going to get done properly. Appreciate you guys trying to help me troubleshoot my bike issues with so much transparency. Will be coming back in the future.

Negative experience: Send motorcycle there, asked for a charging system diagnosis as my battery was constantly getting drained. They said the diagnosis revealed that nothing was wrong and billed me $175.00. Of Course, the problem came back the next weed, I paid for nothing and I still need to get it fixed.

Fantastic experience: I just had my suspension don't here at Pro6. I couldn't be any more happier with the results. I definitely feel more connected to the bike. Just like having your bike tuned I strongly recommend having these guys set up your suspension. Negative experience: They are scam artists. I brought my Honda Shadow in for a safety inspection. The bike was in near mint condition and everything was working normally. I had just bought it and done a thorough inspection. Pro 6 called me and said the bike had failed. Supposedly it needed new front brake pads because they had 20% pad life remaining. They also claimed the rear brake foot lever needed to be “lubricated”, as well the front brake fluid was “dirty” and needs to be replaced. I was told it would not be expensive. When I picked up the bike, to my shock, they were charging $500 (including the safety inspection). I felt it was pretty sleazy the way they did it. The mechanic also did a poor job bleeding the brakes. He let air into the line. My front brakes would not stick even after I tried to bed them in for several days. I brought the bike back to them several days later. They said they would have a look but hinted that it’s probably a new problem which isn’t covered by warranty. The brakes were working fine before I brought the bike to pro 6. When I picked up the bike (for the second time) they tried to charge me again for the mechanics time, even though they are the ones who screwed up my brakes. They claimed the pin which pushes against the brake pad was “corroded” and he had to “clean it”. It was a blatant attempt to scam more money from me. All I needed was a safety inspection. The bike was in perfect working order. This place is untrustworthy. I won’t be going back to them and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Gave them my GS500f for steering head bearings and to get some tires put on. My motorcycle needed a rear brake rotor which was back ordered until an unknown time. They suggested that they could use an aftermarket EBC rotor instead and it got me on the road far quicker and because of the long wait they even gave me a discount on the repairs. Will definitely be coming back here these guys are the real deal! Even washed my bike before returning it to me! Very nice shop to deal with and fair prices.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I recently got into racing motorcycles and was apprehensive about talking to people. I feel welcome here, and their staff always takes time to explain anything. I needed the suspension set up correctly on my bike and despite being in the middle their busiest time of year, they took the time to thoroughly explain how to set up motorcycle suspension. They scheduled my bike service in a very reasonable timeframe and I am extremely happy with the work they have performed. Thanks guys! @emotionpiks

Negative experience: I've purchased numerous items from here ranging up to $$$ helmet to slick tires, bike parts and trackday for a number of years now. Called in today to inquire about purchasing rear slick tires for upcoming race weekend. Unfortunately this time I find the person who answered a bit arrogant and condescending. I'm now put off to purchase from them. I'd rather give my business elsewhere going forward.

Positive experience: First time there. Made a tire purchase online then pick up at store. Could be better communication between customer service and store staff. Also, rather not hear complaints from staff about their job or other coworkers.

Negative experience: I ask them can they fix Ducati and they told me that than can do it .they hold my bike for whole day and they charge me $120+tax and they told me that they can't fix it and they told. Me to.go ducati dealership .so I will never go again thank you for wasting my time and money

Fantastic experience: Just completed the Pro6 Track School May 30-31 at Calabogie Motorsports Park. It was a fantastic learning opportunity with personalized instruction and descriptive feedback tailored to meeting my goals. Doc rocks! His wealth of knowledge and experience helped me continue to build on my understanding of the race line, body position and riding in less than optimal conditions (9 -12 degrees on Sunday) and still learning from it all. Sheena was great with supporting the "new normal" COVID conditions and although it didn't run as per usual it was an awesome experience! Can't say enough about the experience besides, SIGN UP next year! Thanks Pro6 for making it all happen!

I came on a Saturday which is a first come first serve - needed new tires and chain service. very polite and greeted everyone waiting at the doors. once inside ROB had spent some time with me answering all my questions about maintenance work. thank you for being patient with all my inquiries. came back with my rims cleaned, sprockets looking new (i thought they replaced it!), and my new Q3+s. They even had sleeves on the grips the same way auto dealers put floor mats and steering wheel covers. Thank you again for all the help and professional service! It's all about the details.

Fantastic experience: This has to be one of the most professional and knowledgeable motorcycle shops in Canada. If you're looking to treat your motorcycle right this is definitely the shop to do it at. Not only do they have the best prices on Dunlop tires in the country but they have some of the coolest brands I've seen, Arai, Shoei, Zin moto and even Jane motorcycle from NYC.
