School Driving Tecnic Saint-Lambert

Negative experience: I have registered my daughter Lovisha Boojhawon with tecnic at st lambert last year and paid all the courses in full already, she been having a very bad service. She already made complaints herself, and no action was taken till now. Every time she tries to book an appointment there is no available spot with st lambert tecnic, i even paid extra fees to have access to all tecnin school on rive sud unfortunately only available spot she can have been at st constant. It's not fair its now she is learning how to drives and bus will take 2 to 3 hrs to reach st constant from longueuil or brossard. Also, every time her class got canceled due to driver's relatives pass away, or sick there is no other replacement driver provided and its hard to have another appointment, there is no reception. Paying for such a big amount and not able to have the service required is unfair. Her probatoire driving licence got time to expired as well. She just renewed her driving licence. They are asking her to pay a penalty fees of over 350$ if she wants to continue her courses with tecnic. This is ripping people off. Are Tecnica doing discrimination with their students? She call and she been ignored.
