Negative experience: Keep calling but no luck so far. Also, no physical address of the office in Cobourg in order to go there and ask directly. Only address of pick up point.....How am i supposed to pay 1300cad before talking to a person?

Negative experience: I have been calling for a year to book an appointment and not once has anyone ever picked up the phone. I have emailed about not being able to reach anyone, and got emailed back saying to keep calling. Worst customer service. Hire people to answer your phones!

Fantastic experience: Two of my children were trained by Young Drivers and our experience has been fantastic. Even on a recent driving test day when we had some confusion around the process that takes place, Young Drivers went above & beyond to help us sort through it to ensure a successful experience.
