Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, immature, and in many ways straight up criminal. Please consider other businesses for driving lessons. When asked if there was a fee for using the car for the road test we were told there was not. Then on the day of the test Mark did not show up even after multiple texts and calls, eventually we received a text saying Mark forgot and had scheduled other lessons. With lessons being booked out multiple months this is clearly extremely frustrating. While running around trying to find a last minute solution guess who we see? Mark giving his other lessons! Great. Then after not being able to find a solution we re-booked and got extremely lucky and found a cancellation by re-loading the booking page at 4am over and over until we found one. The coordinator had apologized and sent 25$ to try and make up for the cancellation fee and we booked the car to use again. Which was brought by the coordinator herself; because she is Marks damage control I guess? After passing the test Finally after all the stress and grief we saw Mark and he told us he was sorry and that he had been busy with lessons in Crofton… umm no man you were not because we saw you? And you were giving lessons in duncan? Maybe later or earlier in the day but not during the time of our previously scheduled test so why bring it up? Im under the impression that Mark lacks the ability to take accountability, hence his coordinator doing all the damage control. When we got home we received a text and were told; And I quote “Mark asked me to let you know that the charge for using his car for the test is $105” I'm sorry? Why were we not told this? What kind of business charges you $105 after never bringing it up previously? We will not be paying this new fee that we we’re not informed of and if anyone else experiences a similar issue I suggest you do the same.

Negative experience: I had quite a few lessons from mark and they were good but when it came to my test I waited there for him for 20 mins after my test time and by than he was no where to be seen so my test was postponed I was told he forgot and was in croften teaching when I had seen him past the test center driving with someone else at the time of my test, I was also not told about any fees to use the car for my test until 7 hours after taking my test I was told I owed 105$ to mark for using it. I was extremely disappointed after being stood up on the most important day and having these hidden fees

Fantastic experience: Mark is great, a professional driving instructor and gave me all the tools I needed to pass the road test. He give me clear, direct to the point instructions. The office manager, Erica, made it easy to book my sessions and take payment. Their training vehicles are clean, well maintained, and easy to use especially for learners. Highly recommended!
