Negative experience: The wait times on the next button in the online program are really annoying. I could've went to medical school and became a doctor in the time I spent waiting for the next button. I really wish they didn't act out the "podcast" parts in the online course. The acting is so bad and takes away from the learning experience.
Negative experience: INCREDIBLY UNRELIABLE. Tried to contact the office for weeks even went in person and the doors were locked. Contacted head office and head office sent an email directly to Ruth stating that nobody had ever gotten back to me. When she finally did get back to me she told me to book my test for december and then call her once ive booked my test to officially book lessons. Took many weeks to call my back even with leaving messages. Finally got a called back and she told me that no instructors were available and basically it was my fault. I've had great experiences with other Young Drivers in other cities but the Kingston location is AWFUL
Negative experience: Horrible service!!! Cannot stress enough. Choose any other driver education program. Payment upfront but have waited almost 2 years for completion of services. YD delays in car for a ridiculously extended time. Shouldn’t have to wait over 8 months to compete in car lessons.
Negative experience: Their online course is ridiculous and terribly designed. I’ve watched my daughter read something for 30 seconds and then have to wait 6 minutes to be allowed on to the next screen. I wish I hadn’t paid so much for such a terrible and useless experience.
Fantastic experience: Above and beyond service! Instructors are very wonderful.
