Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with my driving instructors! My first ever driving lesson was with Tari, and she took me out for a relaxing first lesson, teaching me the rules of the road. My lessons afterwards were with Tina, as she had a schedule that fit my own, making it easier to start learning. I had only 3 lessons with Tina and I passed with no errors with only a month experience driving!!! I cannot thank you enough Tina and Tari. I couldn’t recommend Gibsons enough :)

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Gibson Driver Education! My daughter learned so much from the in-class portion and even enjoyed it. Both the in class instructor an in car instructor were top notch; so patient, informative and friendly; really put my daughter at ease. She felt ready and confident and passed her driving test with no problem! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommmend Gibson Driver Education to anyone. The in class instructor keep my son engaged and the in car experience was excellent and taught my son how to be a confident and safe driver.

Negative experience: Total waste of 700$. I had one in car lesson and was told I couldn't book another until I practiced more... The whole point of me paying you was for you to teach me and for me to have access to the car ??? I didn't even get any of my money back after not being able to complete the lessons... Total joke of an establishment.
Hi Sierra! I’m not sure you are writing this on the correct driving schools website? You were in fact a student of ours back in 2021 but when I looked you up it showed you missed your lessons on Nov 3, Nov 8, Nov 24 and Dec 22. The last text message to you was “I'm guessing you forgot. Let me know when you get this and I will get you booked in in the new year “ you were absolutely told that you need to practice as I tell all of my students that you need it in order to become safe drivers. BUT you were never denied any of your lessons, you just never responded or asked for them. Please reach out to me at the driving school if you have any questions
Fantastic experience: Great driving school! Quick and efficient office staff. In school teacher kept my sons attention (not easily done) in car instructor was calm and knowledgeable. Definitely a huge reason as to why my son passed his driving test with confidence! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can not put into words how amazing Gibson’s driving school is. The in class was amazing , our son was engaged and didn’t notice the long day, instructor was very engaging. Our sons in car experience was too notch. Tari understands the way kids learn and our son had a great success and has become a safe, smart driver ! I have and will continue to recommend Gibson’s to all I know!

Negative experience: The in-class instructor was great, but the in-car experience was a nightmare. They took forever to book the classes. When I called to inquire, the owner was so unprofessional, condescending, and kept making up rules as she goes. It was not worth the time. If signing up, ask to see the terms and conditions so you know what you’re signing up for. Or, go to a different driving school that makes you feel like a customer - not subhuman.
I’m very sorry you felt this way. You asked for your son to have his in car lessons completed before the end of July. Which they were. I think you and your son might have misunderstood what the mto regulated driving program is. Our job as a driving school is not to sell our students a certificate, it’s to make sure your child is a safe and responsible driver and doesn’t hurt anyone else. You seemed to want to have your son race through the program and not actually learn to drive. Every time you contacted the driving school you wanted to tell us how we should be conducting business instead of asking how we can make sure your son could be a better and safer driver. Your constant insults to me made it impossible to talk on the phone to you anymore and move to text only. Telling me I need mental health help, that my “business” was beneath you as a professor. The “policy” you are referring to is the missed lesson fee. Your son didn’t show up for one of his lessons costing my instructor two hours of work. That fee is to make up for my instructors missed hours. She was at no point in time responsible for the miss and your son took responsibility by apologizing. Our belief is that if you want a 16 year old to be responsible to drive a vehicle at 100km an hour they are responsible enough to show up to there lessons and not waste the instructors time. After 25 years in business this is the first time I have had someone ask me to basically just give her son a certificate and fight a missed lesson fee. At the end of the day, your son passed driving school with us in the timeframe you requested by following our guidelines. I hope he has become a better more reliable driver because of it and wish him luck at school
Fantastic experience: Made the process of learning to drive and getting my license 100x easier. Steve and Teri were absolutely amazing and made the whole experience amazing. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I never worked for him but would tell any one to go there theh care sent my grandaughter there and she loved it l grandson went else where and his mother had to do a lot of teaching
