Negative experience: Je voulais passer au local en personnel pendant les heures d'ouverture pour payer mon cours et avoir plus d'information, mais il n'y avait pas personne.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place. I attended this driving school back in 2019 didn’t learn much from the full course. Even after paying $50 per hour for additional driving sessions, I still didn’t gain any significant skills. Lucy was often on her phone during our sessions, and her evaluation stated that I wasn’t ready for the driving exam and needed more to continue paying for more sessions. I ended up finding another instructor who guided me effectively for one month, and I passed my exam on the first try in Longueuil.

Negative experience: The worst driving school led by very unprofessional very arrogant and unapologetic person , cancels appointments, the instructors do not teach anything it was a waste of my money only learnt to drive after I cancelled my contract with them and I was so relieved when I heard that they were suspended .I had the worst experience imagine just after arriving in Canada and I knew nothing . Was treated badly and so unfairly and she asks you to pay extra after she has cancelled and delayed your course ..

Fantastic experience: Je recommande totalement le cours de conduite, Lucy est une excellente instructrice qui prend la patience d'enseigner étape par étape comment conduire correctement, merci beaucoup Lucy car pour votre enseignement j'ai réussi le permis de conduire sans problème. Recomiendo totalmente el curso de manejo, Lucy es una excelente instructora que se toma la paciencia para enseñar paso a paso cómo conducir correctamente, muchas gracias Lucy porque por tu enseñanza pasé el examen de manejo sin problemas.

Negative experience: Vraiment la pire ecole de conduite à Lasalle !!!!!. Si vous tenez a vos sous et votre réussite ne perdez meme pas votre temps à cette ecole. Dommage que je ne puisse donner 0 étoile.

Negative experience: Worst driving school led by even worse people. Extremely unorganized and always show up late to the lessons or don’t even show up at all. Avoid this school if you can there are FAR better ones!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. We pay twice for my daughter’s book. Have to pay 150$ xtra because contracts lapse (Reason of covid) which is not our fault. And when it’s time to get her exit paper they could not find the record and tell my daughter have to redo.

Fantastic experience: Very good school and instructors . Very accommodating to students time schedules. Alot of good feedback and tips for students to pass the road test. Would recommend

Negative experience: Unprofessional, bad customer service and rude staff. The so called instructors are always on phone instead of instructing you. Will never recommend this school for driving. Go anywhere but this school.

Negative experience: My sister attended Lucy's driving school and had a horrible experience being hit on by a much older man working for Lucy and when she complained to Lucy, she was told that it was how the world works. No Lucy, people shouldn't feel uncomfortable attending your school, that isn't what they're paying for. This matter was in fact brought to Lucy (the owner's attention) so them claiming they didn't know about this is bull.

Fantastic experience: Mon épouse vient de compléter un cycle de cours et examens de conduite. Philippe nous a bien reçu et nous a mis à l’aise pour programmer les premiers cours pratiques. Comme Philippe a déjà fait faire les examens de la SAAQ, il connaît les standards requis pour passer les examens ce qui vaut de l’or dans ce contexte. Nous avons pu louer leur voiture pour aller passer l’examen de conduite et Philippe nous a accompagnés tout au long de cette procédure. Passé du premier coup! Nous recommandons fortement Philippe.
