Negative experience: Just witnessed something quite deranging!!! The driver was alone, so I guess he was the teacher. He changed into the far right lane without looking while I was getting on the highway! Then he took the next exit by cutting in through the double line! It’s because of driving instructors like this that our roads are now filled with unqualified and dangerous drivers!! Fire this guy or shut this place down

Fantastic experience: Nice expérience with the school

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with their unprofessional behaviour. They did not even know how to teach their students, always after money. I would have choose zero star is there was an option. I am shocked how they are running this business in canada with this kind of unprofessional attitude. Please never ever consider them and waste your time money and energy.

Negative experience: The worst Driving school in Montreal, my wife attends one year driving course, they taught only steering balance and rubbish theory class.She obtained her licence after joining another school. Later, I learned that many people have the same experience. They are just running school for money, also rude behaviour to the students.They also charge double car rental rate for the driving test compare with other schools.Pls think once before joining this bad institution.

Je remercie mon coach de conduite Ils veulent vraiment que vous réussissez et vous aide autant que possible. Je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience, ils sont très gentils et patients. Je recommande !

Fantastic experience: Great place. good teaching

Negative experience: The people there are extremely disrespectful and very unpreofessional. They are extremely rude and don’t have a proper way of talking.Never pay them first and get the classes. These frauders take the money and then print fake documents. I will also file a report agaisnt the marcel laurin branch because they scammed us and disrespected us. I was at the office today trying to understand why they are charging me extra although in the contract it said that we had paid everything and they took our contract, ripped it and printed new documents which is just pure negligence and then they had the audacity to tell us to leave the office. This is just purely poor customer service and disrespectful.

Negative experience: This is the worst Driving school. Unprofessional, demotivating instructors. Always after Money with poor time management, follow-ups & feedback. I am a good driver with 15yrs of experience in my country, but failed due to the rules that these instructors didn't bother to teach during training. Fantastic experience: very good, professional place

Negative experience: They are really rude. They should really respect and be nice with the students. They wasted 10 classes of mine. We are paying for the classes so they need to be professional and patient with us. Not everyone has driving experience. Bad place, I don’t recommend their driving school. I would give 0 star, if possible.

Fantastic experience: The first advantage about this School for me was the Availability. Shanti (the manager) was very accommodating. Gave me class slots even at Short notices. The second most attractive factor is the Low Cost. Just 35$ per hour. My instructor Radha was very professional, experienced. Gave me great tip and lots of confidence. Took 8-10 practice classes (which i at-least recommend if you are getting your experience recognised, which was my case). They also provided me new condition car for the test at low cost as well. Guess What! I PASSED. Thanks guys, Thanks Universal.

Fantastic experience: It’s a really nice place to learn your driving skills and polish them up.The teachers are very good and very cooperative.And really push you to get succeeded.

Negative experience: i tried to call them to get the information about the class 1 courses when they answer me at cote-vertu branch they refuse to give me the address of theory courses and she said I have to go there and register then will give me the address will never try this school again
