Fantastic experience: This is honestly the best driving school that I have gone to. I was previously with another driving school in the same area and they lowered my self confidence completely, they always yelled at me for making mistakes and made me feel bad about my driving abilities. Especially, I struggled a lot with driving anxiety and they never reassured me. However when I stated going to prestige and I started working with Mr. joy, he completely boosted my self confidence and has made me a much more better driver. He is the best driving instructor that I have ever had and he tries his absolute best to reassure his students. I am extremely grateful to have him as my instructor and my anxiety is completely gone. I strongly recommend anyone who is struggling with their self confidence with driving or even are struggling with anxiety to give him a try. He will never make you feel bad about yourself and will try his absolute best to turn you into the best driver you can be. Also Sylvie is such a kind receptionist and deserves the absolute world. Her customer service is immaculate and she is very understanding. I absolutely love her, she so sweetThank you prestige for an amazing driving school experience.

Negative experience: Questionable customer service. Very pleasant welcome upon obtaining information and contract completion. Post theory sessions, it is relatively impossible to obtain scheduling for students' practice driving sessions, let alone a firm date when session will commence. Persistant assurance that sessions will be scheduled within a relatively short amount of time (2 weeks), and consistent followups are strongly encouraged. No session has been scheduled in the past four (4) months. The only consistently, are... excuses. Calling the OPC and BBB. UPDATE: Driving school staff was made well aware of children's disabilities from inception of contract and advised to follow through with clear instructions in case of misunderstanding. Email chain not posted publicly to respect privacy. Our family has no history of default on any payment, nor disrespect towards suppliers. We do not appreciate the comments returned on this forum as a result for request for services promised. The only service requested, were dates for on-road driving lessons instead of a constant runaround. And no, it is not, and never has been my intention to ruin the reputation of this business. I do not hold the arrogance, that a lone customer, such myself, holds that kind of power. I am merely posting my experience, and disappointment. Had the school chosen to respond to our requests for scheduling in a timely manner, these chains of reviews would have remained absent from this medium. Very disappointed in the lack of resolution and attack on our character.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this driving school! The team is professional, patient, and very attentive. The instructors (specifically Mr. Fouad and Mr. Mario) are excellent; they take the time to explain each step of the process and adapt to everyone’s pace. Thanks to their caring approach and their teaching methods, I was able to gain confidence and progress quickly. As a result, I passed my driving test on the first try. The vehicles are well maintained, and the organization of the classes is very flexible, which allowed me to practice under good conditions. Thank you to the whole team for their support and encouragement! Don't change anything and best wishes for the future!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Prestige driving school in the name of Mr. Mario and Mrs. Sylvia. Mrs. Sylvia demonstrated exceptional responsiveness. Mr. Mario is a model of professionalism, patience, and rigor. They are people who want their students to succeed, and they know how to show you how to do it. An important point: the staff speaks well in English, French, and other languages. Thank you very much.
