Negative experience: Unequal and unfair testing - no disability accommodation and in fact due to a speech issue, was “failed” for misspeaking a word due to a disability. Don’t recommend. $4000 invested just to be failed. Can PAY to retest again, $400. This is AFTER participating in “hours of instruction” which had days where I booked off work to attend classes only to arrive and be told “sorry we sent the wrong dates”. Minimal to no disability accommodation and in fact would argue discrimination in my own case. Wasted so much money including money on lost work hours. Go elsewhere!

Hello "Rideau Lakes Towing". First off I don't think you are our student because we have never dealt with "Rideau Lakes Towing". We cannot find you on Google to call to ask what occurred but it does sound like you failed your road test. That test is put on by Drive Test and not by the school. Now Carol up in Smiths Falls is very organized so it does not make any sense that anyone sent you the wrong dates and to boot... most of our students passed today anyway and the price you have quoted is all wrong in terms of tuition. So we have no idea who you are but you definitely have the wrong school or just a person with too much time on your hands. Fantastic experience: I was very thankful to take my course in Smiths Falls with Rob as my instructor. His dedication to teaching students is unmatched, and is a prime example of how training should be done in the industry. My course started about 2 years ago, and as of this past July, I am a lease operator driving a 2022 W900, and I couldn’t have done it without Rob and his expertise!

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to take my air brakes Z course in Smiths Falls and got to know all the wonderful staff. Rob was my instructor and all I can say is that he is a wealth of information and makes sure none of his students get left behind in learning. I can't say enough good things about this company and would strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Rob's dedication to his students and the trucking industry. He cares a lot of his students and always goes the extra mile. Rob you are an amazing individual and I really love how you took my under your wing. I really recommend if you have a chance to ask for ROB .

Wow Josh! You just never gave up and so a huge congrats to you! Yes Rob is awesome but it was you that passed your exam, not us and not Rob so be proud of yourself! It was amazing to have you as a student. It is even more incredible to have you as a graduate and like any grad of our school, dont ever be a stranger! Remember all that we taught you, always do a pre trip, report in majors and minor defects, get the majors repaired before you head out on to the road, stay with in your hours of service limits and this winter do not be like those other **&&^^&*(*&^^%% and adjust your speed according to conditions! The best of luck, although you will not need it! You are confident and well prepared so keep in touch as we follow your career! Ben

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff to guide you too successfully completing your course their goal seems to be for you to pass not just shove you through so they can make $$$. They spend the extra time if you need and provide you with all the tools for a license upgrade. The teacher in the smith falls location is a guru and knows the ins and outs of the trucking trade he is honest and will drive the verbiage you need to know into your brain. All in all it was a great experience and in the end I upgraded my license

Thank you Jacob! Your right, we dont jam people through just to make as much coin as we can. How does behaving like that improve road safety in the Province? Taking your time and teaching people properly is who we are. We dont cut corners and we spend allot of time investing in our instructors so that you do recieve a true education and not just the answers to "six questions". Well done Jacob and congrats because when graduated from our school you earned your certificate and your licence so well done! Ben
