First of all, we are disappointed that you gave us only 1 star for just a few details that could have really been adjusted if you had brought them to our attention during the 13 months of your daughter's driving course. However, during all this time, you never contacted the school to express your dissatisfaction. Your daughter, our client, did not provide any feedback during her classes either... This is disappointing for our employees, our teachers who would have certainly improved their service if they had known. We genuinely believe that all the service received deserved far more than 1 star... Regarding the theoretical classes, please know that we never cover the entirety of the chapters, as the other portion of the study is the student’s responsibility (see the requirements in this regard from the SAAQ). As for the teacher who arrived late, he was thanked some time ago, as his work did not meet our expectations either. Concerning the manual car, you did indeed make this request; however, we only have one manual car available since most of our clients no longer wish to learn manual. The car was therefore available only to a limited extent, we admit, as it is shared among our 3 branches. We did however offer you 2 hours of free lessons, which you refused, preferring to do it yourself. Then regarding the 'nagging' that your daughter would not pass her exam, to be precise, we simply informed her that she had several things to improve in her driving as her evaluations showed that she did not have full control of the vehicle. She was not dangerous, but if she wanted to pass her exam, she really had to pay attention to several details in her driving. It seems that our nagging bore fruit since her evaluator concluded that she deserved to obtain her license. We genuinely believe that our insistence and our nagging to become a more cautious and aware driver is due to the diligent work of our teachers, even if you doubt it. But know that from our perspective, our service was rendered in the best interest of your daughter, for her future safety throughout her life and not just for the success of her exam.

Bonjour Tommy, il serait pertinent que tu écrives cette recommandation directement à la SAAQ, puisque les modules théoriques enseignés par l'école, sont le programme exigé par la SAAQ. De plus, sache que tu as un minimum d'heures à faire personnellement pour étudier dans ton livre "Apprendre à se conduire", dans celui-ci, tu as toute l'information complémentaire à ton cours théorique. Il est de ta responsabilité comme futur conducteur d'étudier et de faire les travaux dans ton livre, pour parfaire tes connaissances. Ainsi, tu auras toute l'information que tu as besoin

Bonjour, il nous aurait été utile, pour nous améliorer ou modifier notre service, de savoir ce que vous nous reprochez. Cependant, lorsque vous avez accepté nos conditions sur le contrat que vous aviez signé, vous étiez à ce moment-là, d'accord avec ces conditions. De notre côté, nous n'avons pas changé notre entente. Étant régit par la SAAQ, nous devons nous-même respecter leurs règlements et la structure de la formation que celles-ci exige.
