Positive experience: Great Experience! I'm glad I transferred!

Negative experience: Besides the receptionist covering from Snowdon, this place is a joke. You'll be taken advantage of. I would not recommend this location, or this school at all. I'm waiting to hear from the manager for a proper resolution.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school. Online classes with Azam were good. He was a wonderful teacher, and was very friendly. My instructors were Xiao (hope I'm spelling his name right) and Abdel. They kept me calm when I was anxious on the road, and helped me gain the skills I needed to pass my road test on the first try!

Fantastic experience: Good School and the Secretary is awesome. She's really down to earth and knows what she is doing. She is very clear on the scheduling and makes it easy for me to be on top of my schedule. The driving instructors are pretty cool too, the only thing I'll say is for some of them to work on their English. That wasn't an issue for me though because I adapt very quickly and can understand them either way. To top all of that off so far every teacher I've had, had a great personality and always gave me detailed instructions.

Negative experience: Don't go there , the worst service I have ever had

Negative experience: We paid for the month or a course ....then penedemic hit ..my son couldn't attend , once it was open ...he was told he had to repay and pay extra for the time he missed and it was closed .... not good at all ...

Fantastic experience: I've been enrolled since September 2022. Booking was fast and easy with courses spaced appropriately so the minimum time requirements are respected without you forgetting anything. I always email questions or concerns and their response is very quick that way (there's only 1 receptionist so calling can sometimes be difficult). Very happy with my class sessions so far and my in-car teacher (Bechir) for my first time driving was really nice, encouraging, and super helpful.

Negative experience: On a vécu une mauvaise expérience avec cette école Cette école qui manque de la professionnalisme et aussi anti pédagogique. En effet, elle ne respecte pas ses clients : ni parents ni leurs enfants. La réception manque du respect et de la courtoisie envers ses clients. Le service est mauvais et l'accès a l'évaluation est difficile. Le responsable a intimidé ma fille au moment de L'évaluation , il l' a traumatisée - Il a considéré sa maman et ma fille pour des menteuses-. C'est pour cela ma fille ne veut pas accéder Cette école.

Negative experience: The secretary does not answer phone calls and when she does I was told to call back at a certain time because she was busy with another student (why answer in the first place), I try calling back no answer whatsoever. They schedule u the same module that I have already done online, this school is just a disaster so poor in communication and so unprofessional. I do not recommend this school, waste of money and time.

Negative experience: tres mauvais service ,a mon inscription la secretaire a jamais mentionner que je doit envoyer un couriel pour avoir un rdv jattend 2 semaine aucun signe de vie ,acces au cours tres difficiles des que tu paye ont toublie il faut courir apres les nombreuses secraitaire incompetente , jai demander mon remourssement vue que j ai pas encore eu aucun cour sa fait 2 semaine que je cours, apres pour avoire mon rembourssement chacune des secretaire me balance a la journee suivante ,fortement decconseiller

Negative experience: Je n’ai pas vraiment été satisfaite des services de cette école. Tout d’abord, les cours magistraux sont très bien organisés par contre, pour les cours pratiques c’est une autre histoire. J’ai eu au moins 4 professeurs différents dont deux d’entre eux parlaient aux téléphone pendant au moins 10 minutes lors des sorties au lieu de me guider. De plus, les programmes de sortie n'étaient jamais respectés. J’ai eu à demander la technique de stationnement pour qu’ils me la montre. Ensuite, je n’ai jamais pue faire la sortie sur l’autoroute non plus. Une autre expérience que je n’ai pas tant aimé était d’être chargé 17,50$ Au lieu de 35$ après avoir annulé une sortie le jour même alors que jétais à l’hôpital toute la mâtiné avec un œil enflé malgré le fait que j’ai ramener un billet du médecin (un billet de l’ugence De l’hôpital De LaSalle)Je trouve ça très injuste car malheureusement ont ne choisit pas lorsque l’on tombe malade ou lorsqu’on a un accident je trouve ça dommage mais bon. Pour conclure sur une note plus positive, les professeurs magistraux sont tous excellent et j’ai beaucoup appris avec eux. J’espère que ce commentaire pourra aider à apporter des modifications afin de tous pouvoir bénéficier d’une bonne expérience.

Negative experience: Instructors are okay, but Secretaries are worst , they mess up schedules and cancel appointments by their wish without any reason, the owner is adamant to listen to customers and supports their staff, suggestion to owner : is to at least listen to clients and teach their staff on how to communicate and to keep up their word.Its a pain to tie up with these guys for one complete year.Better Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Trés bonne école de conduite qui se différencie des autres écoles de , plus des prix abordables, prise de rendez-vous facile ,des moniteurs professionelles qui connaisent leurs domaines et compréhension facile lors des explications du moniteurs que ça soit durant un cour pratique ou un cour théorique

Fantastic experience: Good school, everything went well.

Negative experience: Instructors are great and do a go job. However that secretary needs to be fired. she is unprofessional and looks very lost everytime. Hung up on me just because i was asking how the scheduling works and why the wait time between practical courses work. I had book for 15hours but cancelled my services . Unfortunate! I hope the owner sees this and do something about it.

Fantastic experience: I can say that i really enjoyed the time at Transit. Everyone working there was professional and super nice. You will get a e-mail reminder of your next class. There is no hidden fees, they explain clearly all the fees and what you should do if you want to cancel a class. During the driving sessions, the teachers were all great overall, but if there is a problem, you can always ask to change teachers. I definitely recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Transit was really nice. The secretaries were always there to explain every single questions I had, so I could understand all the aspects of the program. There was no hidden fee and multiple reminder for every class I had, every class I could take and when payment was due, which made my driving program smooth and done in a reasonable amount of time. The teachers over there always follows your rhythm, there was no pressure which made me more confident behind the wheel. I would recommend this driving school to everyone. 10/10 !

Negative experience: I was looking for Lasalle Driving School on Google search and was rerouted to Transit for some reason. I mistakenly registered my son there what a mistake . They are dishonest to have fooled me
