Negative experience: First impressions count. I phoned to ask if they were open because the website says only open 4-6pm on Fridays, and the guy said they were. Once I showed up to the office, there was no one there and a lady passing by mentioned the guy was on his break and was only coming back in about 30 minutes, which is fine, everyone deserves a break, perhaps he could have mentioned this to me over the phone when I asked if they were open today. Perhaps you could change the hours on your website to reflect the lunch breaks so people don't come out of their way to the office only to find out the one person working is on break. Won't be coming back.

Negative experience: C’est un miracle de pouvoir les joindre sur leur numéro de téléphone pendant leurs heures d’ouvertures! Vraiment très peu professionnel. Après avoir enfin réussi à joindre quelqu’un, il m’a confirmé qu’il serait ouvert le samedi de la même semaine. Mais inutile de vous dire que c’était une belle perte de temps et d’énergie! Bureau fermé et encore injoignable sur leur téléphone malgré 1000 tentatives. Là je préfère clairement trouver une autre école de conduite !

My teacher Thierno was both knowledgeable and kind, and it was an absolute pleasure to drive with him. I could not recommend him highly enough. Save yourself the time and start with this school from the beginning.
